There are not too many options. Biteable 3.0 is not very user-friendly. It's difficult to drag and change the timing of each slide. I wish it were easier to change the slide speeds. More templates and more options to customize the videos would be super. I can't upload PowerPoint slides to Biteable to create the videos. It's a nice-to-have feature. Biteable offers numerous kinds of designs and a lot of diverse features inside each and every design. Although not almost all clips may be related to your objective, there is sufficient variety available that you should not have got an issue.

Most of the questions and challenges I have had were answered effectively, promptly, and thoughtfully through the messaging app within the program. I paid for a premium subscription in order to produce three videos a month. I used the 3.0 Biteable version to create a video. I had problems with the download and none of the service people could find the problem. As a result of a time difference and a holiday, I had to wait for a week for the video to be 'fixed' by a more experienced service representative. However, the video was shorted, and now I have to resize each of the scenes, which takes a significant amount of time due glitches in the tool used to extend or shorten each scene. I have edited the video on a PC as well as a MAC and both have the same challenges when changing the time of the scenes. It has been three weeks and I still have not been able to publish one video due to a delay from their customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
