I like that it has an outlook plugin to make sending secure mail easy. You can create a package of files by clicking the Biscom "paperclip" instead of Outlooks. Also, there is no limit on file size sent, it's only based on the size of your server. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be great if we received a notification when a fax was received so that we don't have to keep checking it. In addition the layout for how the faxes are organized should be more user friendly. I think the sender number and number it was sent to should be next to each other. I also think an alert should be received when someone is trying to fax you something and there is an issue on either side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
