**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

I really enjoy using the platform because it increases my review collection, has a central location where I can check all reviews from multiple sites in one place, increases my review response efficiency, helps me to quickly spot any negative guest feedback trends and allows me to directly communicate with the guests.

The only thing that I can think of that needs a little tweaking is the AI responses.

The platform has helped me collect more positive reviews and prevented me from missing out on responding to reviews because every one of them is now in a central location.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

I find Birdeye to be an easy-to-use platform for review management and customer communication. It really helps with online reputation and Google ranking, which I appreciate. I like that it combines review messaging, listing, and social media all in one place. The reply filter and the ability to track ratings are also valuable to me. I like saving templates for faster responses and being able to assign reviews to team members, which makes our process a lot more efficient. Plus, after getting past the initial setup, which was a bit challenging, it now feels very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

The pricing is expensive. Initially, the setup was difficult. The AI reply quality could be smarter, like having an industry-specific reply model.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

I really like the color-coordinated email feature in Birdeye, where green means good and takes the reviewer to Google. It's quite helpful as it works as a psychological trick, differentiating between happy (green) and dissatisfied (red) reviews. This system channels all the potentially bad reviews away from Google and directs them to us directly, allowing us to manage and hopefully turn those reviews around. The timing of triggering these reviews after a successful loan funding is effective too, encouraging satisfied customers to leave a five-star review by clicking on the green button.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

We're early in the searchability with AI. It's nice to reply directly to Google reviews via the Birdeye app, but we're also getting reviews on Zillow and Better Business Bureau and other sites like LendingTree, and we're not able to respond directly to those via the Birdeye app. So having some type of integrated API where you can respond directly to more reviews directly through the app using AI would be much more helpful. Right now, we're not responding to Zillow and Better Business Bureau because it's not integrated; we have to log in to those sites and we don't have the technology with AI to prepare a response. So it just takes more time, and as a CFO, I don't have time to make sure all these reviews are managed. We don't have a marketing department. So if Birdeye had that capability, it would be a lot easier.

Birdeye helps improve our Google star rating by channeling reviews effectively, steering unhappy customers to contact us directly, and turning potential negative reviews around.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

I use Birdeye to generate reviews for the different clinics we operate in. It solves our online presence issues and inadequate SEO issues, which helps address our previous lackluster reputation. I use Review AI the most and value it highly because it is the main source for addressing our needs. The integration with eClinicalWorks is amazing. The initial setup was very easy, and my team did a great job of taking over, with excellent processes in place.

I dislike the lack of features on Birdeye. It is very limited and diminsihes the ROI.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

I appreciate that Birdeye collects all of our reviews in one place, making it easy to keep track of them and respond quickly. The AI-suggested review replies are also particularly helpful, allowing for quick responses in a way that's aligned with our brand while incorporating SEO keywords. The interface is really easy to use, which adds to the efficiency. Additionally, it assists in maintaining our listings accurately across more than 30 locations.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

There's a lot of automation features available, but I don't feel confident turning them on because they're not always aligned with our brand voice, or we want to have more control over the process. I thought that the onboarding process was more drawn out than it needed to be. I found the onboarding rep a little difficult to work with. She didn't really listen to our individual needs and how to make the tool work for our use case, and was instead more focused on getting through her checklist.

Birdeye collects our reviews, making it easy to track and respond quickly, and helps generate more reviews through email requests. It maintains accurate listings across over 30 locations.

I like how Birdeye lets us automate review capture, which gives us more visibility. I appreciate the ability to post to multiple social media accounts simultaneously, freeing up manual work. It's also great for pushing out standardized names for our listings. Their support is very good and very fast, and the automation is very good too—we really just set it and update as needed. The initial setup of Birdeye was very easy.

Their reporting could be improved in the UI. It is a bit confusing, almost information overload. Less is more.

Birdeye has all the capabilities of their competitors, but with a friendlier price tag in my experience. They are proactive in maintaining our relationship and letting us know about new features. Just overall a wonderful experience.

The UI can sometimes be confusing,  but likely user error on my end.

This is twofold. One, our clients are getting FAR more reviews than before we added Birdeye. We're seeing 400% growth YoY. Two, it allows us another arrow in the quiver to sell for our agency.

We use Birdeye to manage our online reputation and customer engagement across multiple locations, and it has greatly streamlined the way we handle reviews.

The platform makes it simple to monitor, respond to, and request customer reviews across Google and other channels from one centralized dashboard. For a multi-location business, having real-time visibility into performance metrics, review trends, and customer feedback is extremely valuable. It helps us address concerns quickly, recognize team wins, and maintain brand consistency across locations.

The automated review requests have increased our overall review volume while keeping the process efficient for our team. I also appreciate the reporting tools, which offer clear insight into customer sentiment and highlight operational opportunities.

What I like most is how user-friendly the interface is, even for team members who aren’t especially technical. It turns what would otherwise be a very time-consuming process into something much more manageable.

Overall, Birdeye has become an essential part of our reputation management and customer engagement strategy.

I really like Birdeye for its great support; whenever I have an issue or question, their support team is quick to respond, and we can easily jump on a screen if needed. The system itself is easy to use and brings everything I need into one location, thanks to features like social AI. It just makes my life simpler. Also, setting it up was extremely easy, which was a big plus for me.

I could say maybe the interface sometimes is a little bit different to use. Maybe not as smooth. But once you know it, it's easy.

But Birdeye makes it easy to ask all of your patients for a review in such an easy way that they do it. We've been flooded with positive feedback and our online ratings show it. It helps us attract new patients and even new employees.

I love the customer service. The onboarding and implementation process, along with our designated customer service person, has really helped us learn quickly and put key parts of this software into place. It has already boosted our company’s reputation as well as our outreach!

The templates still feel clunky. I’m hoping they’ll add integrations with platforms that are really strong on design elements, like Canva, or at least make the templates easier to manipulate. The AI-created templates aren’t quite good yet either, but I hope they get there soon.

I love the interface and the integrations, but most of all, Birdeye delivers results. We have seen an increase in local SEO performance since using them and our clients are very happy. It's a very reliable service, and you get what you pay for in spades. Their hands-on support is also very convenient with weekly customer support calls and efficient AI chat if I need something in between.

I think the dashboard could use some tweaks.

Where do I even start? This has been a real time-saver for me, because it would take far more hours than I can count if I had to post on all those directories on my own. We also consistently get good placement.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

Birdeye does a great job of making sure our online presence is consistent across the web, and they also offer a robust SMS messaging system that allows our team to collaborate to get our customers' questions answered quickly every day. The ability to manage our social media presence from the platform is icing on the cake. Birdeye makes it easy to set up scheduled posts across a number of platforms, and their consistency check for online presence is great as well. The text-to-pay feature is also very convenient for clients and reduces reasons for delays in client payments.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

There was a learning curve to getting our automatic responses set up, but they helped us through that.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Birdeye helps us communicate with our customers in real time via SMS, which is very convenient for both us and them. The auto response options and ability to add FAQs for automatic answers to common questions are great, too. We also use it for payment receipts when customers have difficulty paying using our other payment platforms. We don't use that feature very often, but it is a game changer when we need it!

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

The greatest advantage I've seen with Birdeye, compared to their competitors, is their responsiveness to client needs. Their development cycles are very fast, taking a few weeks, rather than months. Also, their platform interface has a modern look and feel and is intuitive to use. Their rapid integration of AI features and tools is also a critical success factor.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

They are still working on user-driven custom reporting.

We use Birdeye to manage more than 4,000 healthcare locations and providers. Birdeye's ability to push location data to Google, Apple Maps, etc, as well as pull in customer reviews across all those entities, allow us to manage everything in a single dashboard. Trying to manage all this without that is madness. Birdeye's integrated AI tools are also helping us understand how our locations and providers are showing up in AI search engines and how we can improve our visibility, reputation, and rankings to better serve our patients.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

Their customer service is timely and responsive to my concerns about their product features. They also have launched social media management where all of our social media accounts are integrated in one location, schedule post. They also have their own AI that helps us generate images and social media post. It also suggest post depending on the keyword or topic of your choice. Great review platform  that auto responds to your reviews. We have more than 300 reviews and sometimes it's hard to reply to those reviews, but Birdeye helped us in crafting responses to those reviews.

The webchat plugin is a bit heavy for website load.

Campaign issues like integration to and from our CRM.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

What I like best about Birdeye is how simple it makes something that could easily feel overwhelming. Having one login where I can see and respond to all of our reviews in one place is a game changer. I don’t have to bounce between platforms or worry that I missed a Google or Facebook review. Everything is centralized, organized, and easy to manage, which saves me a ton of time.

I also really love the AI response feature. It helps me craft thoughtful, professional responses quickly without sounding robotic. It gives me a strong starting point that I can personalize, which is especially helpful on busy days when I still want to make sure every client feels acknowledged.

The built in prompts are another huge bonus. They take the guesswork out of responding and help ensure consistency across all of our replies. It makes it easy to stay on brand and make sure every review, whether it’s glowing or constructive, gets a timely and polished response.

Overall, Birdeye has streamlined our entire review management process and made it so much more efficient. It helps us stay engaged with our clients while saving time, which is exactly what we need.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

One thing I dislike about Birdeye is the limitation on AI response attempts. I wish we had more than five chances to generate responses, especially when trying to fine tune the tone. A lot of the AI replies feel very similar, even when using the regenerate option, so having more variety or additional attempts would make the feature even more helpful and dynamic.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

We’ve had an excellent experience using Birdeye across our dental practices. It has become an essential platform for monitoring and responding to patient reviews, as well as managing social media across multiple locations. The ability to publish content to all platforms from one centralized dashboard has significantly streamlined our workflow and improved consistency in our online presence.

The AI-powered features for both review responses and social media content have been especially valuable. They help our teams respond promptly, professionally, and thoughtfully, while still allowing for personalization when needed. This has enhanced patient engagement while maintaining efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

At times, we’ve experienced occasional disconnects between Birdeye and our servers. However, this has largely been related to our internal systems rather than an issue with Birdeye’s platform itself. It is simple to use, very clean interface.  I like the ability to support multiple locations in one spot. CS is also very efficient and easy to communicate with, always available to assist when/if needed.  The AI automation saves a lot of time which is very helpful. Of course the review management is a huge plus! It allows an easy transition to our daily workflows, integrating our day to day operations. Messaging hub has been great, allowing for very quick communications via SMS or email. The payment component is also very clean and simple to use. The ability to manually transact as well as send invoices from the selected locations via SMS or email has helped to improve our success and credibility when handling phone sales.

Occasionally there are some set backs for payment processing, however majority of time we contributed to user error. In all honesty, I have no true complaints or dislikes. Just minor inconveniences which are typically resolved timely.

We've also appreciated seeing the platform evolve with local AI citation monitoring, and new directories that other competitors don't emphasize. For Apple Business Connect, we've been helping our clients set up their profiles, and facilitate access to delegate to Birdeye, and the Birdeye team has been instrumental in guiding us, so we can more quickly make Apple Maps listing changes via Birdeye! We have done so much already, and are excited by our trajectory once we onboard more client locations. It's only been a handful of months, but we've already accomplished a ton for our clients, and looking forward to what's ahead.

One thing we are working on is custom dashboard views for location managers, and we have had a few discussions with our core Birdeye team. There are several options to consider, but limited information is present in the dashboard to preview and experiment with different roles (and what can be limited or hidden from view) without creating another user account. It's a minor inconvenience, and one we'll figure out, but the Birdeye team has been open to working with us, up to and including custom features that the engineering team might consider. We're actively exploring this, but we do appreciate how many options are 'under the hood' for creating custom access for a client location manager.

It typically takes about a day to fix, after which they send me a different link, and then the reviews generally go through.

I really like using Birdeye from a sentiment perspective because it allows us to leverage the AI component to identify positive and negative trends across the board. This has been invaluable for recognizing staff performance, such as being able to see if someone at the front desk isn't doing a great job due to consistent patient complaints. Conversely, it helps us identify facilities where the staff is continuously mentioned positively, allowing us to partner those facilities together. We can have the positive facility's staff train the others to improve service quality. It's been really wonderful having automated review responses, a full library of responses, and criteria that determine which type of response is sent. Birdeye makes it seem as though every response is handwritten, avoiding the impersonal feel of automated canned responses. This capability was lacking in the platform we used before. Plus, the setup was significantly easy, so much so that we could add a new instance and start collecting reviews within one business day.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

The one thing that could be improved, I would say, is from a reporting standpoint. Every report has to be sent individually. You are unable to bundle multiple reports into one PDF. They have to be sent individually. It would be great if you could say, hey. This facility here are eight different reports, sentiment, overall review, etcetera. In one email versus five.

It’s easy to use. I really like being able to create one template and then reuse it for multiple locations or businesses. The reports are also simple to generate and schedule. We manually send our contact lists each week, and I was surprised by how easy it was to set up our Excel file. I’ve worked with data feeds in the past, and there were always very strict guidelines for headings, file types, and other requirements, but this setup was straightforward.

Nothing major yet. We’ve been using it for the past few weeks, and I’m impressed so far. My only complaints are minor—for example, customers sometimes reply to our review-request texts with service requests—but overall it’s not a big issue. I like that our attorneys can be out in the field and use the Birdeye app to send review requests while right in front of the client. It gives us the opportunity to be directly with a client when someone in the office might be unable to send a request in that moment. I appreciate the app because it gives the client the opportunity to be in a good mindset directly after something happens in their matter, and our attorney can make sure they fill it out right then and there. I would say using Birdeye is very convenient because if someone leaves a review on the weekend, we can still get the notification and respond promptly. It's been nice to have such a great team to help navigate any questions.

Sometimes the CRM integration can be a lot. We don't always have someone to send a review to with how cases work out time-wise. The support system is really great, and there are options for QR codes. The ease of setup is great, with support always available to answer any questions we have. I think the only thing I can really think of that comes to mind are being notified when things break down. That's an inevitability. It's gonna happen at one point or another, but I want to know when a client's integration breaks down as soon as it happens. I don't want to find out a month later and find out that reviews haven't been getting sent out. I mean, right now, it's simply not happening at all. A notification maybe should happen within the platform itself, maybe I should get notified as the person that manages that account.

My company primarily uses Birdeye for online review/reputation management. We find the responsiveness of people writing reviews to be much higher than on our own. The customer support team is very responsive. Whenever I have an issue or question arise, I have an answer back shortly. My clients really appriciate the ease of integration as well. The clients we have that use the system really enjoy it. Many of them have very busy day to day lives and are turned off by the idea of sending out review requests. Becasue of this, they are always pleasently surprised when they learn how easy the system is to use and how frequently they can send out reviews. Implementing Birdeye into their routine has been seamless. Even the clients who are not integrated and manually enter names for reviews, find the process easy. There are a bunch of other features related to reviews that make the system great as well such as replying to reviews, adding widgets to your website, etc. One of my favorites is the addition of AI. Makes responding to reviews super quick! My clients have really enjoyed this feature as well and have actually been responding to them themselves.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

Birdeye has been an incredibly valuable tool for our practice. Since implementing the platform, we’ve seen a noticeable increase in the number of reviews from our clients. The automated messages are clear, user-friendly, and make it easy for our clients to share their experiences.

One of the features we appreciate most is the tools available to help us respond to both positive and constructive feedback with thoughtful, professional responses, which has strengthened our communication and online presence.

Overall, Birdeye has supported both our team and our clients by making the review process simple and accessible. It has played an important role in helping us grow our reviews, strengthen client relationships, and expand our client base.

We haven't come across any dislikes with Birdeye.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manually asking every client for a review is time-consuming and easy to forget, especially in a busy hospital.
Birdeye solves this with automated outreach, so requests go out consistently without adding extra work for your team.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

Birdeye is a fantastic platform! It’s very easy to use and makes managing multiple locations feel seamless. The reporting dashboards are straightforward to navigate, highly customizable, and they give me exactly the insights I need. On top of that, being able to set up automated reports saves me time and helps me stay informed without extra effort. The AI tool also makes responding fast and effortless.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

The only downside is that there’s currently just one notification setting (daily, weekly summary, etc.). I’d really appreciate more flexibility—like getting immediate notifications for negative reviews so we can address them right away, while still receiving a weekly summary of positive reviews broken down by location. There are work-arounds, but aside from that, I don’t have any complaints.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Birdeye has helped us streamline and centralize review management across multiple locations, which saves us time and keeps our approach to customer feedback consistent. It also makes it easier to respond quickly to negative experiences before they escalate, helping protect our reputation while improving overall client satisfaction.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

At the end of 2024, our team at Arrow Senior Living onboarded with Birdeye, and the experience has been great which helps as everyone we have worked with is super friendly and personable. Everyone has been incredibly responsive, ensuring a successful transition from our previous platform that we used for some time. 

What I like best about Birdeye is that is user-friendly and provides outstanding reporting tools, making it easier to track and act on reviews, surveys, and overall reputation and social management.

As a senior living provider like us, online reputation and customer view points are critical to our success now and as we continue to build in the future. Overall, I think Birdeye's tools empower us to proactively manage all of our communities' brand perceptions, engage with prospects, and ultimately drive better results in an efficient way. This is just the start and we are so looking forward to seeing continued value from this partnership! As of 2026, we have added on Search AI and we couldn't be more excited to jump in and use this addition. We already use Birdeye every day and now will be spending even more time in it! It's going to be monumental.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

I use Birdeye for reputation management and appreciate its ability to request reviews in a fast way. The bulk import for GBP and healthcare optimization is great, especially since we have a business with 50+ locations, allowing us to optimize all of them at once. Birdeye even creates healthcare sites for locations that don't have them, which is incredibly helpful. This feature helps my team and me save time. I also find Birdeye's setup very easy, even with our large business scale. We switched from BrightLocal and Rater8 to Birdeye because it offers easier setup and more integrations. The support received from the Birdeye team during the setup process was great.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

I would like to use the same bulk optimization for images, that would be perfect.

I use Birdeye for reputation management. It requests reviews quickly, optimizes numerous business locations at once, and helps create healthcare sites, saving my team time.

Managing client reputations is straightforward, and both aggregating reviews and responding to them are very simple and easy to handle.

Every new feature seems to require additional fees, and their contract terms feel a bit aggressive.

We manage reviews, local listings, and social media for a ton of clients, and out of all the tools we’ve used in the past (including reputation.com, chatmeter, and vendasta), Birdeyde is by far the best.

Ease of use: So far, it’s been very user-friendly. Everything I need to access is clickable directly from the main dashboard. The layout feels simple and straightforward, without coming across as complex. It was easy to implement into our day-to-day process. There are several features you can access which really allows you to see anything and everything you need without missing anything.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

If I had to critique anything, I’d say the layout could be more aesthetically pleasing to the eye and feel a bit more polished. That said, the functionality is what matters most, and it delivers where it counts.

It allows us to maintain a more streamlined process for monitoring reviews and keeping everything organized, so feedback and responses don’t get missed. It also makes it easier to see what we’re doing well and where we could improve—not only from our perspective, but also for potential residents who rely on reviews to support their home search.

Our results have been great we use them to send surveys to patients and also to text patients, patients state its easy to use, customer service is great, although we dont need them very often because the product just works and has no issues.  Would highly recommend!

I value how quick I can respond to DMs, approve posts, and post on there myself. It makes things easier since everything is pretty self-explanatory.

The speed of the app. It can be slow at times.

Very user friendly and the built in templates make responding to reviews so easy! And it's also very easy to train other employees how to use it.

Sometimes our connected pages will get disconnected for no reason and we have to submit a ticket to get it fixed.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We get a lot of reviews from patients so it helps us keep up with responding to those reviews and we also can send out reminders for patients to leave reviews and that is great!
