Birdeye offers a solution that eases a huge pain point for my organization and has been a truly seamless addition to my marketing tech stack. The chatbot feature is great. It's a nonstop customer service rep that's always ready to help. The review generation tool is a great tool for us. It makes gathering customer feedback very simple, and it's helped lock into our customer needs. The dashboard neatly organizes all our customer interactions, which is a huge help. The interface of Birdeye can be quite challenging. It doesn't have the most simple layout, and it requires some time to figure out where everything is and how it all works together. That being said, once you have the hang of it, it's not too bad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Birdeye allows our practice to communicate efficently and effectively with patients in a timely manner. The text messages allow our office and our patients to respond when it is mutually convenient. Also the built in review system helps streamline feedback from our patients so we can better serve our customers, and they are more inclined to leave reviews on Google. Also, the ability to create text templates is helpful in sending mass messages to our patients.
The platform is easy to navigate and train new hires how to use. Overall, the make up of Birdeye is intuitive and easy to use. We use Birdeye everyday at our practice and it is hard to imagine not having it as a way to contact our patients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Occasionally the last name of the customer repeats. It doesn't affect our practice's use of the platform, but it is tedious to change. Honestly, there is too much turn over in customer service. I get connected with a new account manager or good tech support agent, and the next time I reach out my emails are never replied to, or returned as 'undelivered." Then I have to reach out to the general customer service email only to learn that my account manager or lead tech support contact is no longer with Birdeye and I am being re-assigned. We’ve been thrilled with Birdeye Insights AI and the valuable analytics it provides. The sentiment reports and scoring have been huge for us, allowing us to generate PDF reports across all our locations quickly. These reports make it easy to deliver clear, digestible comparisons to our executives. They highlight which locations are excelling and which may need attention through the categories Birdeye Insights AI organizes for our locations. The ability to pull these insights quickly and efficiently has been a huge time-saver and a powerful tool for decision-making. My team likes the data Insights AI provides in terms of being able to understand where our locations are and what issues we need to monitor more closely on a per-location level. When reaching out to the generic support, they do help relatively quickly. Its easy and convenient enough to use until a hiccup comes up. I use Birdeye everyday and overall enjoy the use of it. I have struggled getting good customer service for the last year since we switched from our own account to a account under our website provider, Tenant Inc. We have not been responded to by some of the people who were supposed to help since the switch in early 2024. I gave up on even trying to contact them. Birdeye is a top review management tool that helps us organize, manage and see results of all our reviews. The platform is easy to use and implement. Our multi location account includes customer support and performance review to ensure we are utilizing Birdeye to its full potential. Birdeye has helped us bring in thousands (yes, thousands) of reviews for our physicians and midlevels at our local community hospital. Before Birdeye, we would average about 10-15 reviews a month, on ALL of medical providers. With the implementation of Birdeye, we are seeing over 1,400 reviews a MONTH on the platform. Birdeye makes it very easy to log in, check your reviews, comment directly back to the patient/reviewer, and move on to the next one. With Birdeye, we have an account representative- Will- who offers the BEST customer service! Will is top-notch in his responses, his assistance to trouble shoot any issues that come forward, and assists in making sure all of our features are running smoothly. We have a monthly call where the data is reported, and it is always presented well. I use Birdeye daily in my workday to ensure we are supplying our patients the BEST they can recieve.
