What do you like best about Birdeye?

How easy it is to schedule out all of your social media posts and make my daily life at work so much easier! I personally use Birdeye everyday to keep up with and plan out my posts ahead of time. The AI caption feature is amazing, especially for business content. It quickly creats customized captions for your content based on what you're posting! Love that you can tag other brands right on Birdeye before the post goes out. It is really helpful to see the analytics portion to know when is the best time to schedule your posts so that your follwers have a better chance of seeing it on their feed. You can also see how many interactions your posts got, which is something I love personally. It is also nice that you can edit the caption for each different social media platform you are posting on, I don't always like to add captions to my Google page and Birdeye makes it very easy to erase it from one platform but post the caption on the other platforms you're scheduling the post for! Birdeye was a very easy platform to jump into without much training, it is super user friendly and easy to pick up on all the features it offers! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Birdeye?

I wish there was a way to customize Instagram and facebook stories on the birdeye platform. I typically have to start creating the post directly on Instagram to add captions, music, sticks and anything else to make it eye-catching and creative. Then I have to save the story on Instagram to my photos/videos and then upload it through the birdeye app so I can see analytics and traction. I would love for there to be a way to do all of this directly on birdeye. But that is really the only downside I have seen since using this platform the last few months! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?

Birdeye takes the stress out of posting content on socail media. As this is a major part of my job title, I use Biredeye daily to make sure my posts for every week and being posted at high traffic times for the best engagement. The AI feature is the first AI I have worked with, and I really enjoy it! It helps take the stress out of coming up the with best caption, no matter what kind of content you're posting! What do you like best about Birdeye?

Our association with Birdeye has significantly contributed to our exceptional number of Google reviews for a single real estate agency in Australia - about 580 reviews at 4.9 stars. Not only we are extremely good at what we deliver to our clients and customers, now propective clients can discover this too.

They are also looking for ways to enhance our online marketing and generally improve our business results. We have recently started using their SMS marketing product. Wayne Marriott Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Birdeye?

What do you like best about Birdeye?

Not a single thing. They got less than 5 reviews in 12 months & refused to let me out of their 12 month contract after grossly failing to deliver reviews. JUST AWFUL. Buyer beware!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Birdeye?

Literally THE WORST company I have dealt with in over 30 years as an attorney.  I cannot stress enough how awful my experience was with Birdeye.  Spent months dealing with ineptitude on all levels of their “service”.  There was the inability to set meetings with them, spent over $4,000 with them and they got less than 5 reviews in 12 months of working with them, despite my having thousands of clients, LinkedIn contacts & friends on Facebook.  Then when I tried to terminate the relationship they refused and maintained that I couldn’t because they don’t cancel contracts, even though as an attorney, I know this to be false.  You will be locked into a 12 month contract and you wont be able to get out of the contract no matter the fact that they failed to deliver on their end of the agreement.  BUYER BEWARE. What do you like best about Birdeye?

Chat feature and analytics. It has allowed us top be able to give our customers real time help any time of the day or night. They provide a high level of customer support with many touch points. What do you like best about Birdeye?

Their customer service is timely and responsive to my concerns about their product features. They also have launched social media management where all of our social media accounts are integrated in one location, schedule post. They also have their own AI that helps us generate images and social media post. It also suggest post depending on the keyword or topic of your choice. Great review platform that auto responds to your reviews. We have more than 300 reviews and sometimes it's hard to reply to those reviews, but Birdeye helped us in crafting responses to those reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Birdeye?

Birdeye has been an invaluable tool for the consolidation of multiple messaging channels, online profiles and review management. I have seen an increase in the number of reviews we are generating and have saved a lot of time updating office details. I have experienced a few issues with the text service but this was resolved in a timely manner and I would put this down to initial teething troubles! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have 9 office locations and before the implementation of Birdeye I was having to manually update the various online listings we held. This was extremely time consuming and laborious so Birdeye has increased productivity in this area.

We also had multiple channels for messaging which was confusing to manage, having all communications directed to one inbox has been really beneficial.

We had started to see a good increase in client reviews after a review on our own internal procedures but the difference implementing Birdeye has made is really impressive! What do you like best about Birdeye?

Birdeye keeps me current on all of the online reviews for our buisness. We can respond faster and with more professionalism with their suggested responses. It's great to keep a finger on the pulse of client needs! It's an easy and great way to keep customers supported. In today's world, people expect fast responses to online reviews - without Birdeye, I would miss critical posts. It was easy to set up, and automactically integrates with all of my software. It's got a chatbot that's reliable and efficient, it keeps us in touch with our customers round the clock. The review generator is pretty great, too. It helps us gather customer feedback in no time. getting used to the Birdeye interface can be quite the task, especially if you're not very tech-savvy. Initially, it may seem a bit like trying to read a map in a foreign language. It has various features and functions that can seem overwhelming at first, and figuring out how each tool interacts with the others can take some time. It's not particularly intuitive, so it requires a period of learning and adjustment. You may need to refer to guides or get help from their customer service. Birdeye comes loaded with standout features. The chatbot keeps the lines of communication open with our customers all day, every day. The review generator is like a feedback collection wizard, and it's done wonders for helping us understand what our customers need. The dashboard, has a neat layout, acts like a handy filing system for all our customer interactions. It makes it really easy to use and that is why It is my favorite part of Birdeye.
