**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

I like the ease of use with Birdeye, especially for listings sync and its interface. Birdeye makes it easy by displaying all the available directories to which it syncs and lists any issues with each directory if there are any. The interface is clean and intuitive, which makes it easy to navigate and find what I'm looking for. The initial setup was also easy.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

Some of the menu items or options can be a bit hidden and hard to find at times. Making each option for connections a bit easier to find, for example Google Business Profiles syncing and connections.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Birdeye for online reputation management and directory management, making it easy to sync listings by displaying directories and issues. The interface is clean and easy to navigate.

I like the fact that i am able to manage all my locations in one dashboard. That if i want to update something across the internet, all I have to do is change it in one location.

I don't like that I have to change my contract to add additional locations.

Birdeye solves the fact of hunting down accounts and managing multiple sites. As a small team it saves me time and energy going to each site to update and manage listings.

I really like the platform as a whole because of how user-friendly it is! I appreciate being able to email the team and hear back from them in 1-2 days typically! We use this platform every day; it's easy to integrate, and the reports are extremely insightful!

I think the only downside would be possible billing issues, we experienced a numerous amount of issues there, but thankfully have them all squared away now.

I generally am pulling the reports, and when using other platforms, they are hard to understand and typically extremely hard to find. Brideye is the complete opposite! I love the reports and the review structure here!

The number of tool sets and customizable reporting may overwhelm users, and without continued education on the platform, they may fall behind.

Our account manager has been incredibly helpful. Sahil has supported us throughout the process and made it much easier to get our account cleaned up.

I do not have any downsides to Birdeye as of yet but the work we've done with them so far I do not see any that would occur.

They are helping us connect our nationwide offices in GMB to our Birdeye account. They’ve been extremely helpful throughout this process, and it will benefit us because we’ll soon be working with them on review campaigns.

Birdeye makes sure I never miss a review for my business.  They make it easy for us to reply professionally to each of them.

I would like it if they had an option to help assist us disputing reviews that are false.

Again it benefits the business because we see all reviews.  I don't have to log onto multiple sites and hope that I have caught them all.  The newer AI feature for responding to reviews also helps me to vary my responses.

The review campaign has been extremely helpful for us. I also appreciate the failsafe feature, which allows less favorable reviews to be sent as direct messages that we can handle internally.

There’s nothing I dislike about Birdeye. It has been a tremendous help to us, as we’ve noticed several new clients have found us through a simple Google search. After just a month and a half of using it, I’d say it’s already paying for itself.

I no longer have to ask customers for reviews one by one. Now, I simply upload our customer database into a pre-configured campaign template, and the 5-star reviews start coming in automatically. This has been a huge benefit for us!

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

I really appreciate Birdeye's AI Overviews, which efficiently extract sentiment and key performance indicators, helping us to identify wins and losses from the vast amount of review data in a straightforward manner. This feature is invaluable, as it allows us to save time and effort by easily navigating through reviews from any time period to quickly discern our strengths and weaknesses. Additionally, the Insights tool is another feature I greatly value. It provides us with the ability to drill down and analyze specific areas of our business, evaluate individual branches, and accurately measure the impacts of decisions made at the head office once they reach our customers. Transitioning from Ekomi/Boost to Birdeye was a smart move, primarily because we were seeking a solution with AI capabilities to help us derive actionable insights and enhance our improvement plans across branches. Furthermore, the initial setup of Birdeye was surprisingly easy, which further reinforced our satisfaction with the switch. For these reasons, I am highly likely to recommend Birdeye to others, rating it a 10 out of 10 on the likelihood scale.

I find the lack of flexibility in the dashboards to be a downside, as I cannot include samples of reviews directly within them. I would prefer the ability to drag and drop any module into a dashboard, such as including both Net Promoter Scores and samples of good and bad reviews together in one view.

I use Birdeye to gain insights into customer experiences nationwide, streamline review analysis using AI, and assess business impacts efficiently. It saves time and helps shape better improvement plans through its powerful data extraction capabilities.

I like that Birdeye is easy to use and I appreciate the email notifications. The ability to set locations for where the text messages originate from and to assign these messages to different users is really helpful. Since we have two different office locations, sending messages from the area closest to the client is a great feature. Additionally, being able to assign messages to different office staff as needed makes communication much more efficient.

I find it somewhat inconvenient having to sign in so often.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Birdeye speeds up our response time to clients, making deadlines easier to meet. It's easy to use, with handy email notifications. I can send texts from the closest office and assign messages to staff efficiently.

Birdeye has helped us capture our client feedback in a way that was not previously possible. I work with our Birdeye manager on a regular basis to ensure that refinements are made to our profile along the way, to best engage with our clients. I use Birdeye every single day, and it's super easy to use, especially the reporting features (which our leadership loves to review). It has been an excellent year, and we love Birdeye!

It's not Birdeye itself, but because of the type of work that my company does, many of the automated features need to be manually monitored to ensure sensivitity, care, tone of voice are spot on each and every time.

We previously had an issue capturing our client feedback in a timely fashion, on a regular, consistent basis. Birdeye has automated that process and made it very simple and easy for us, and simple and easy for our clients.

No major complaints, I feel like birdeye solves a need for our business well.  Our Customer success manager Damanpreet Singh Suri does a great job communicating new features, and how out individual business can utilize them

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It reduces our review and social media management and analysis down from a 2-3hr a day process having to navigate multiple logins, pull in multiple sources of data and makes it a simple 10-15 minute check.  The AI tool helps format responses and allows our team members to make smaller adjustments to personalize the response for the given customer.

I like the flexibility and adaptability of the Birdeye solution the best. The solution fits our business in several different ways, but the functionality that allows us to manager our online reputation efforts is the most important feature of the Birdeye platform.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

I would like to use Birdeye reviews as the Google Ads Review Extension. Review extension is one element of the Birdeye ORM solution that needs to be improved.

We are solving the following: the total number of reviews, the total number of 4+ rating reviews, the response to organic reviews as those are generally negative, and reporting from diferent review platforms (BBB, Google, etc.).

I love using Birdeye for managing and responding to my company's Google reviews and direct feedback, as it eliminates the worry of needing to check our company's page daily. The real-time notifications are incredibly helpful, alerting me promptly to any feedback I might have missed. I especially appreciate the AI option for responding to reviews and feedback. This feature not only assists in maintaining a professional tone but also ensures that each review response is unique, which I find quite valuable. The initial setup of Birdeye was super easy and only took a few minutes, which I greatly appreciated. I really appreciate how easy it is to use Birdeye. The dashboard is incredibly well laid out and simple to navigate, making it a breeze to manage tasks. I also love how Birdeye gives my team exposure to all reviews about our company on the Internet, which has saved us a tremendous amount of time by having the information at our fingertips rather than searching for it online. This efficiency is invaluable. The ability to interact with customers directly in real-time when they have questions on our website is another fantastic feature, enhancing customer engagement significantly. Additionally, the initial setup was a smooth process with excellent support from the Birdeye team, who maintained regular contact to ensure everything was running optimally. I find Birdeye's ability to manage our google listings & google reviews very good.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

I would not say there are "downsides" about using Birdeye. I have not had any issues using this. 
I would not say that I dislike this about Birdeye, but recently there has been major pushes for AI integrations and use, which is very understandable. However, we have a very manual review process (on purpose), and sometimes I feel like we are not heard when we say we do not want AI help with our reviews for the time being.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Birdeye is helping us solve our Google Reviews/listing managing. We deal with very sensitive cases, so doing mass review requests is not something we can afford to do due to the sensitivity of the cases we work on. Birdeye really helps us be able to manage our manual review process.

Sometimes, connecting to a social platform, such as a Google location, can lag, but once it’s connected, there are no issues.

Heidi! She is so helpful and informative. The support is also next level. Just amazing. With over 100 clients I  deal with a lot of support on different platforms and Birdeye is by far the best and most responsive. They will resolve things within hours. And if they can't they will continue to communicate and walk you through every step. I could not be happier with the level of support we receive from Birdeye.

How simple it is to use, it eliminates the need to check multiple different platforms. I use Birdeye multiple times a week and it takes minutes to use. It has been very easy to integrate and implement. I have not had to use their customer support.

Also, the data centralization for all the leads. That's a BIG YES.

Birdeye Is solving the problem of Data centralization. Before I was using a LOT of tools, and the data was lost. So it's a game changer in terms of centralization.

I had a fabulous experience purchasing and implementing Birdeye. They worked diligently with our IT team when we had issues on our end, helping us integrate our clinical software with Birdeye. We have had great success since implementing almost 2 months ago. We've gone from a 3.4 to a 4.0, which was our first goal - and the owner is throwing us a pizza party!

They were pushy at the beginning to get us started and implemented. It enabled us to accomplish it in a very timely manner!

We had poor reputation management and listings management processes. We were unable to keep all online listings updated with changes. Our online Google rating was poor, which made it appear that we weren't helping patients, as mostly only negative experiences were reviewed. Now we have a lot of positive 5-star ratings!

Birdeye is an excellent way to drive patient reviews to the review sites of your choice. The dashboard provides a number of very useful features to help you manage reviews and gain insights into your business. The customer service is outstanding.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

Birdeye's bundling contract model discourages the user from trying out new products they offer. For example, if you have multiple businesses bundled, you are forced to add a new product (and its associated costs) to all locations. As a result, we don't explore products that could be beneficial for one or two locations, but aren't needed for all locations.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer reviews are more important than ever with AI search overtaking traditional search methods. Our businesses need unbiased and non-coercive ways to drive customer reviews. Birdeye fills this need. We like the option of sending us a private message if the patient is unhappy so that we have a chance to reach out and resolve the issue so rather than a negative review, we end up with a satisfied customer.

Birdeye offers strong flexibility for larger enterprises. They’ve taken our feedback and adjusted product and functionality options to better match how we need to manage our data. It has saved our corporate team countless hours managing reviews and responses, maintaining social calendars, and pulling reports. With Birdeye, much of this work is now outsourced to venue management and can be automated at scale.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

I wish there was more open-ended "if this then that" automations to build notifications or reports. Many of our venues operate in different ways and require different workflows. I would also redesign the settings/business manager area if I could.

Responding to hundreds or thousands of reviews a week. Managing social calendars for 100+ businesses. Managed access to social and review accounts for different employee levels. I was hoping BirdEye would be more helpful when it comes to posting on TikTok and YouTube for the business. I wish it would add those features to their social media management.
