I love the fact that i can communicate with my customers via text. A;;l the details i need are in one system. Brideye is the way for all companies.

Sometimes it glitches but the support team is fast.

They give me easy access to help all my customers and download documents and send texts and assign tickets to agent. All my work is done on Birdeye.

Birdeye's on-boarding is super helpful in explaining all of the functions of their software. By the end I had a real understanding of what I could achieve with it.

The UI is very intuitive and easy to navigate.

We find it difficult to generate enough contacts to full utilise Birdeye to its potential.

We have struggled to get a good amount of reviews across our google business profiles for a long time. Birdeye is helping us get the reviews we need to compete locally on platforms like google maps.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

I like that Birdeye helps us ask each patient for a review through text messages, which improves our Google presence. The text messaging feature relieves our front staff by automatically sending out review requests to each patient without them having to think about it. I also found the initial setup of Birdeye to be super easy.

The search AI requests could be better. I wish the suggestions could be done by Birdeye.

I use Birdeye for dental office reviews and search AI. It helps ask each patient for a review, improving our Google presence and relieving front staff from managing review requests.

I really like Birdeye's great customer support and great tech support. Their willingness to work on custom solutions for us is a big plus. Everything seems to work great so far—we have zero complaints. The initial setup, even with a very complex integration, was completed quicker than I expected, which was impressive. Also, Birdeye was able to replace multiple products we were using before, streamlining our process.

Nothing.. everything has been amazing.

Birdeye brings reputation management, customer communication, and marketing into one central place, which directly supports Whywait’s “trusted, reliable, local” positioning on the Gold Coast. Automated review requests sent after jobs help steadily increase Google and Facebook reviews without adding extra admin, strengthening local SEO and building “social proof” for a service business like plumbing. It has been a straightforward implementation, with support from Birdeye as needed.

The automation responses at times dont feel real and can be off putting to potential clients

The reputation management automation is a major plus for us, since it saves us from having to dedicate staff time to it.

I find Birdeye fairly easy to use, which is great for someone like me who isn't very tech-savvy. Their support is quick and helpful, and they guide me well when I have problems. I love that all my reviews are accessible on my dashboard. I learned how to navigate my responses for reviews and update keywords for Google searches, which has been really useful. The initial setup of Birdeye was very easy.

I was wondering why Yelp isn't a part of the reviews and if maybe in the future it will be.

In our organization, locations have the flexibility to opt in or out of promotions whenever they choose, which can make managing the opt-in and opt-out process somewhat challenging in Birdeye. Additionally, I would appreciate the integration of Yelp, as it would provide a broader perspective on customer feedback.

Birdeye allows our practice to communicate with patients efficiently and effectively in a timely manner. The text messaging feature enables both our team and our patients to respond when it’s most convenient, improving overall communication. The built-in review system also streamlines patient feedback and increases the likelihood of receiving Google reviews, which helps us continually improve our services.

The ability to create text templates is especially useful for sending mass messages and maintaining consistent communication. The platform is easy to navigate, and training new hires on Birdeye is simple due to its intuitive design. We use Birdeye daily in our practice, and it’s hard to imagine managing patient communication without it.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

Occasionally the last name of the customer repeats. It doesn't affect our practice's use of the platform, but it is tedious to change.

Birdeye provides an efficient, streamlined way for our practice to communicate with patients through a secure texting platform. This significantly reduces the need for phone calls throughout the day, allowing our team to respond quickly and conveniently while giving patients the flexibility to reply on their own schedule. I really like the social media calendar and how easily we can post across multiple platforms at once. Having all our inboxes in one place is especially helpful, as it allows us to stay on top of messages quickly and efficiently. We also make good use of the review and response features, and the reporting tools are invaluable for meetings and for comparing performance across previous periods.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

I dislike the notifications for social approval; however, I understand that it is necessary. I also think the AI prompt to improve captions on social is not that great.

Bringing all messages into one inbox, so we never miss enquiries from families or potential residents on social media.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

I like that the reviews can be uploaded to a seperate review site, besides just google.  We have sales events every other month that people have very polarizing feelings about.  So, instead of sending them a review request that would go to google, we have one that goes to the bird eye review site.  That way, they can vent that they didn't win one of the big prizes, without it getting posted publicly.  We love it.  We also love that the positive google reviews go to Facebook as posts, it is a great an positive way to consistently post.

I honestly like the platform as a whole.  I wish there were less calls.  I recieve a lot of calls from the birdseye team.  I promise, if I need something, I will call you.

It is helping us negate negative reviews and also boosting our presence on social meida.

Birdeye has been a helpful tool for managing reviews and improving our online visibility. The platform is straightforward to use, and the features support more efficient customer communication. Overall, it has been a reliable solution for reputation management. Customer support is responsive and eager to help.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

Birdeye is unable to fully integrate with our internal software so we have to send review requests and surveys out manually which increases our workload internally and slows down the process of getting reviews. Also, they continually try to increase the price of our contract each year and add additional fees.

It also streamlines communication by bringing messages into one place, which reduces response time and helps us stay more organized. What I like most about Birdeye is that it consolidates all of our reviews into one place. Being able to monitor and respond across platforms from a single dashboard is incredibly efficient and saves a lot of time. It makes staying on top of client feedback much easier and more consistent.

Concept is good, but otherwise nothing really. UI was OK.

Platform doesn't work as intended. Didn't provide the solutions that we were sold and a different bug or error seemed to pop up every day. Ease of implementation, service delivery, ease of use and support were poor. 

Following our request to cancel our contract based on the inability to deliver the service promised we have received no response from BirdEye. 

Sales promised a number of features would be easily introduced to the platform after they were brought up as critical to our operation during pre-contract discussions. These features then took months to implement and in at least one case the sales agent had forgotten to instruct the work to be done at all. Things we were told would be be easy to do ended up causing major issues across the platform, disrupting onboarding and platform implementation. Onboarding was a painful process as we watched their onboarding agent struggle through training and demonstrations with a clearly flawed platform. 

Once implementation was 'complete' we found that the platform encountered so many errors that we were sending support tickets on a daily basis and could not adequately use the platform as a social media management provider. These support tickets often took days if not weeks to be resolved, and in many cases immediately pushed back to us to provide further detail, screenshots and/or video evidence of before it would be reviewed. 

After onboarding we were assigned an Account Manager who we hoped would be our point of contact to help solve these issues, unfortunately we didn't see any improvement in service delivery and continued to be frustrated by the lack of urgency shown by BirdEye representatives to find solutions. Ultimately we stopped using the platform after four months and returned to our previous provider.

In short, our ability to manage the outbound review generation activities across our 85 franchise locations is largely performed, tracked, and reported all within the Birdeye platform. Our partnership with Birdeye is among the most crucial we have as a franchisor.

As with any enterprise SaaS tool, Birdeye comes with hard lines of segmentation between it's most impactful offerings. Companies our size will find it challenging to fully utilize all of the tools available based solely on budgetary limits. Although this is a harsh reality, I have to say that the dedicated team we have worked with has been stellar in their efforts to mitigate our budget limitations and allow us access to as many services and betas as they have been able to. This has made it easy to assess which offerings would serve our company best for the moment while keeping an eye on the future roadmap. The team has been outstanding in keeping us informed and being an internal advocate on our behalf.

We have struggled to find the best system for dealing with both high call volume and getting review requests out and Birdeye has been the perfect solution for us! 
Being able to leave an automated message and sent up replay texts have instantly improved our customer service for not just the customers but also the employees. The desktop is super easy to use and learn from , it was a fast switch from our old system with no hiccups and just made things better. We are very happy!

I wish there was an option to have a voice mail message for the business but not receive voice mails from consumers.

We get a lot of repeated calls from customers which clogs up the phone lines when trying to deal with current calls. Getting results and reviews from patients of mine. I have received reviews from patients who have been with me for 10 years and did not receive it with other automated reviews systems. Usually i would get 1-3 reviews per month with my old system and when I got on board with Birdeye, its been like 10 reviews per month. So this was way way better. They do have other features that I am possibly going to try out since this 1 feature works so well. Getting them into my system of integration was easy and there system is pretty straight forward to use. There customer support is good. This is a well establilsh company and it shows. Our office uses this every day so its very very good and reasonable for the pricing per month. I highly recommend them.

The convenience  of being able to claim directory listings  without having to engage a third party service is also a great feature. Setting up accounts for reputation management and listing is easy and quick. We use Birdeye quite often for all our SEO and reputation management needs. Birdeye features easily integrate into our websites as well.

The only downside of using Birdeye is not being able to get immediate phone support which was available a few years back.

It is incredibly user friendly. When I was searching for a solution for my team I wanted something that wasn't a big reach for team members to learn. I'm always training on technology with new team members and if it isn't easy to use, they aren't going to use it. Birdeye's quick request option is so simple that our team members can send a review request in less than a minute. Our teams are in the system monthly if not weekly. We also use the Survey feature and have found it easy to manage and integrate into our systems.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

I would love it if there were more connections with sites for direct review response. It has all the big sites, to be sure, but reputation management does extend to many other sites and Birdeye doesn't cover them all. The listing product has also been frustrating when it comes to the Apple connection. It doesn't seem to work at all despite it saying that it is working. The listings online will be entirely different. However, I had the same issues with other platforms.
