I love the review generation tools. We run apartment communities and wanted to increase the amount of Google reviews and bring up our scores. We needed a system that would be easy to use. I don't like having to resize photos for posts that I am sharing to Insta and FB. I wish it was automatic.

Excellent product and service. From the beginning of the process and throughout implementation with @Karan Malhotra, things have run very smoothly. The Birdeye team has set us up for success in many ways and responded quickly to any needs or issues. We have continued to have great follow-up to make sure things are running smoothly. I really have not come across any negatives. We were able to negotiate the contract terms and we have received excellent service. We love BirdEye because it allows us to view all of our online reviews in one location and allows us to respond seamlessly. We can also integrate with our Property Management software to send out review requests and surveys to see where we are excelling and where we need to improve. We have not seen a negative impact to using BirdEye, the only thing I wish is if there were more Support integrated with Google to verify some of our GMB pages, but this is definitely a Google Support issue and is not a fault of BirdEye. In recent weeks, our BirdEye rep has also been super helpful in connecting our GMB pages once we are able to get ownership of them which makes it seamless for us to respond to reviews! I like that Birdeye is a direct and instant connection to our clients. Whether they had a positive experience or not, we can instantly respond to thank them and address any concerns. It is also a great tool to keep track of positive reviews so that we can contact the owners and post reviews with updated pictures on social media. The public trusts opinion and proof. Birdeye is able to give us both of those to help us know which direction our marketing and communications are going. The dashboard is a simple, easy-to-use format that breaks down the reports and helps me keep everything in one place. The AI features are fantastic! It helps me stay on top of interacting with clients and contacting poor reviews to alleviate miscommunications and ensure trust. The insights, reports, and competitor views are brilliant! I have not had any issues with Birdeye as far as the program. It updates continually and the requests are instant. It would be nice to have learning modules regarding client interactions, and understanding how best to use the tools on the program to increase and encourage positive reviews. I receive both email and app notifications as soon as a review is posted on any site. This makes it easy to respond right away. It's also nice that it lists all the reviews with the newest at the top, so I can tailor responses without repeating myself. I use it at least two or three times a week, depending on the number of reviews or direct feedback we receive. The AI responses are helpful, although they do tend to be repetitive, but it provides a good prompt if I am stuck. It is easily integrated with all the top review sites. We love Birdseye! We've been using it for almost over a year now, however, I used it at an old company, so I'm technically a returning customer! The quickness of seeing a review posted (immediatly versus Google takes 24+ hrs to send the notification), the package options (we have the one with the web chat feauture), the ease of asking for and collecting reviews through text links, the surveys, making sure all of our info is the same across all platforms AND fast and great customer service support. Getting set up was a breeze too and the staff to assist in that made it all the better. We use it DAILY and could not imagine reviews without it. It was seamless to integrate into our website and daily routines. It has made our compnay more accessible for customers, converting those to sales! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My company primarily uses Birdeye for online review/reputation management. We find the responsiveness of people writing reviews to be much higher than on our own. The customer support team is very responsive. Whenever I have an issue or question arise, I have an answer back shortly. My clients really appriciate the ease of integration as well. The clients we have that use the system really enjoy it. Many of them have very busy day to day lives and are turned off by the idea of sending out review requests. Becasue of this, they are always pleasently surprised when they learn how easy the system is to use and how frequently they can send out reviews. Implementing Birdeye into their routine has been seamless. Even the clients who are not integrated and manually enter names for reviews, find the process easy. There are a bunch of other features related to reviews that make the system great as well such as replying to reviews, adding widgets to your website, etc. One of my favorites is the addition of AI. Makes responding to reviews super quick! My clients have really enjoyed this feature as well and have actually been responding to them themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about Birdeye for myself and my clients are the additional options it provides to us/our clients to request reviews from their customers and clients. Many times, I have been brought on by a client to assist them in gathering reviews because they have run out of ideas as to how to gather them from their customers. It can be difficult for people not familiar with marketing/advertising to have organic and creative ideas for garnering new reviews. Birdeye provides us with creative, custom ways to gather reviews. The many features allow each of our clients to customize every aspect of the request to best reach their clients and receive the maximum number of responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing that can be frustrating is the number of reach outs I receive from Birdeye sypport when I am trying to get in contact with a client to solve a problem. I try to let them know as soon as I hear, but they typically reach out every day if not every other day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
First and foremost, their client support for us is a 2-person team that has been amazing to work with. Quick to reply and always willing to meet outside of our monthly check-in if needed. They are really on top of things and proactively provide recommendations and routine follow-up until they are implemented.
The client portal is extremely user friendly and provides us the ability to make a lot of customizations that in the past, with other vendors, required a lot of back and forth and wasted time. We currently use Birdeye for generating Google Reviews through requests to our credit union members with surprisingly great success! For a smaller credit union, the cost of Birdeye (especially if you want to use all of their tools), can be a significant amount each month. The sheer efficiency of Birdeye has been a game-changer for our floral business. Managing multiple locations online means my plate is always full, but Birdeye’s comprehensive tools, from Social Media Management to Online Reputation Management, have streamlined our operations on a daily basis. It’s like having an extra team member dedicated to ensuring our online presence is as fresh and vibrant as our bouquets. The platform's ease of use has freed up valuable time, allowing us to focus on creating beautiful floral experiences for our customers
Additionally, customer support has been phenomenal. Ross Levithan, our Customer Success Manager, has been an absolute lifesaver, always quick to respond and incredibly helpful whenever I need guidance or have questions or concerns. Reliable human support SUCH a big comfort - and having a team behind you makes ease of use beyond simple.
I log into Birdeye daily. I have the app on my phone. It's simple interface makes use so easy, especially on mobile - it's just practically texting. It's fit into my everyday work routine like nothing else and I would be at a loss without it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One area where I see room for improvement is the AI chatbot. While it serves as a helpful touchpoint for customer queries, its responses can sometimes miss the mark for more complex questions that our customers might have. A more robust AI would enhance customer service significantly. We often catch customers stuck in the AI loop and have to step in and apologize, explain and smooth things over.
