I don't like the latency issue we face sometimes with the GreytHr portal. After a long time, we had some login issues today in the morning for a few hours but got resolved quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Biometric Time Attendance System solving and how is that benefiting you?

As soon as I log in to the portal the first thing that appears is a bold Login /Logout button that works perfectly and records the time automatically.

The best feature that I like is that the portal sends an SMS and email if you do not complete the required shift time and asks you to regularize your attendance. It also notifies once the regularization or leaves are approved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Every employee's login and logout times are captured using the biometric time attendance system. It helps us to monitor their attendance as well as their permissions accurately. For more prominent organizations, Manually noting every employee's time in and time out is impossible. The Biometric attendance system solves this purpose. Also, some late comer identified that we could pay for effective working hours alone. The biometric Time Attendance System makes this easier while running the payroll. What do you like best about Biometric Time Attendance System?

The best feature of this software is that it can be easily integrated to our applications.

Once integrated it keeps track of the employee life cycle in the organization be it leaves, attendance, shift planning,rostering, tracking and analysis of data and sending alerts to employees.

It is taking real-time attendance data for all types of employees- regular, contractual etc

It is maintaining it through the software which follows easy accessing of employee data through various cycles such as leave, attendance, payroll ,travel related.

It follows all compliance-related guidelines, and no information is breached.

Like every system, it also has some drawbacks as some people working in the field are not coming office on time and going on time. The system is a one time installation whereby a specialist will install and then leave the system working.

It is a time saver and has really automated registration and recording of attendance.

As an employee that uses this system, I like it because it makes it very easy for me to clock in each day. I never have to worry about it not logging my attendance as it is quick and gives me a visual confirmation of my attendance being logged. I like the online system portal as well.
