I've also noticed a significant improvement in their customer service, both in response time and engagement. I would like to add that the platform is incredibly user friendly. The system notes in the collections solution are quite bothersome when reviewing an account. They create unnecessary clutter, making it hard to locate the collector notes and to clearly understand the current status of the account. Additionally, I am disappointed that there is no way to configure accounts so that no actions are scheduled on weekends if you prefer to process collections based on the collector completing each procedure step rather than by the number of days in the procedure.
