the company seems to be reliable, we have not had as many issues with Bill Trust as we did with our previous bill pay system. Bill Trust also has improved features over the other company.

it took a little longer to learn the system, the features are not as user friendly as I would like.

**What do you like best about Billtrust?**

I have high volume customers who have a lot of invoices. It's so easy for me to go and select all the invoices I need and email them at one time. I also lover the fact that I can track the exact time and invoice was emailed and when it was opened by the customer. Implemtation and integration was painless. And has customer a lot of the work in half. I am very happy with Billtrust!

**What do you dislike about Billtrust?**

I don't like how it will time-out at times and I have to log out and log back in a couples times before it will let me access the site again. Other than that, it's perfection for me.

**What problems is Billtrust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have high-volume customers and I am able to go in and pull several invoices at a time to send  rather than before, I had to pull them one at a time which was very time consuming.

**What do you like best about Billtrust?**

Billtrust was easily implemented and integrated to our DMS system, and has allowed us to elimate an expensive postage meter lease, apply our customer payments more timely and with less manual intervention, which has given our cash application team more time for other task. The collections piece has also streamlined our collection efforts and provides a more automated means to contact our customers. The applications are also easy to use. When we do need customer support for the occassional error file or other questions, the response is timely.

We have used the Billtrust platform for many years, and to date, I have not seen a downside.

**What problems is Billtrust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Billtrust has helped us with electronic invoicing, conveying info to customers through inserts and onserts, and insuring we are paid more timely with the receipt of electronic invoicing and the customer portal.

It is convenient, fast and easy to use. There really is no issue with the tasks I need to do on hand.

The only thing I can think of disliking is that if you are on the connect tab and need to switch to another, you have to click another tab and go back to the connect tab.

It gathers all the invoices that a customer has and makes it easily assesable to view and download them. I am still new to the position so I am still learning and will need to learn additonally one I get more integrated with my roll.

I use billtrust everyday. I love the ease of looking up payments received in it and how everything is organized in a way to where I can quickly and efficiently do research. It is so easy to look up from one system to another. It is implemented very well into our day to day work. I haven't even had to use the customer support feature as I can find everything myself.

**What do you dislike about Billtrust?**

Could maybe benefit from a few more ways to search payment. Customer support pop up when payments aren't showing.

It helps me to research payments and find out where they went and how to correct payment issues.

I love the features and being able to use in conjuction with current ERP system.

The time it give you before automatically logging you out is very short. I find myself logging in sometimes 10 times a day. Also, the search functions in CashApp and Invoicing could be improved.

Ease of use. I like having all my account info in one spot, as well as being able to easily schedule paying bills and retreiving invoice copies on my own time. I love that I can login to my account at any time of day or night.

It is compatible with my customers ERP software and they can get files to automatically upload to their system saving them the time it would take to enter each invoice.

It is not user friendly or It is not intuitive to use.  I have mulitple customers call me weekly to compain or tell me they are confused.

Nothing at all. Billtrust has been very helpful in my job.

Showing the proof of delivery on invoices. When a customer call and asks to see proof of delivery, I usually try to get them set on Invoice Gateway and show them how to pull up the proof of delivery on invoices.

**What do you like best about Billtrust?**

Using the Invoicing part of Billtrust improved our processes dramatically.  Previously, we had 4 hours/day manual labor matching invoices to workorders, folding and stuffing envelopes, emailing invoices per direction, distributing internal invoices appropriately.  BillTrust completely eliminated the manual labor involved.

**What do you dislike about Billtrust?**

We set up the Credit Application Module but did not implement as we did not find it a good fit for our business.
Set up was a bit cumbersome, primarily to help manage the interface with our ERP system..  We used a consultant to expedite.

**What problems is Billtrust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving approx. 4 hours per day manual labor, eliminating errors caused by manua processing.

The color scheme looks nice, and I appreciate the web-based functionality.

**What do you dislike about Billtrust?**

The interface, especially the filter mechanisms, are not user friendly. The point-of-sale features are not intuitive. Security is another concern; One of my co-workers had access to features his user authority should have denied. The BillTrust support team fixed this solely by removing an HTML button from view.

**What problems is Billtrust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BillTrust has created a lot more problems than solutions for my department. We recently switched to this program from Paytrace, and BillTrust is not better or more beneficial in any way that I've noticed.

**What do you like best about Billtrust?**

My favourite is being able to click on a line and automatically having access to preview the invoice to save or print as needed for clients.

**What do you dislike about Billtrust?**

My least favourite thing about bill trust would be sometimes how long it takes for things to load. Alas this could be an internet issue and not application issue. I am a fan of Billtrust for the most part across the board!

Billtrust helps solve payment discrepencies, has various different options for statusing payments or credits etc. and is easy to help take payment from our clients .

**What do you like best about Billtrust?**

Billtrust integrates with the Epicor Eclipse ERP to completely automate customer invoice delivery via a daily batch file. The Customer Portal allows our customers to view and pay their invoices, and with our logo it "feels" like they are dealing directly with us. The Business Partner Network allows automating data entry of invoices for our customers that require we use Coupa, Ariba, Jaggaer, OB10, and other invoicing portals. The Onserts and Inserts options allow us to add custom messages to our outbound invoices, and even set these to be branch specific.

**What do you dislike about Billtrust?**

The outbound email subject line cannot be edited without a cutom quote. The BPNi reporting could be better - it is a single daily email of all the submitted invoices Month to Date instead of a daily digest, and there should be alerts specific to individual invoices that could not be entered instead of having to scroll through the .csv file daily to find any. The support system was recently moved to SalesForce.com and the integration is still not 100% complete - it displays my name as fName lName.

**What problems is Billtrust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many of our customers require invoices be submitted in online portals like Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, and OB10. BillTrust's connections with these AP networks allows us to offload this work to BillTrust.
We have also been able to move over 95% of our customers away from paper invoices with BillTrust's help.

**What do you like best about Billtrust?**

The implementation teams have been great to work with, the teams are knowledgable and go above and beyond to get us answers and help us through the implementations of the different BillTrust solutions.

**What do you dislike about Billtrust?**

The Credit App is very clumsy and not user friendly for our customers, we sometimes run into issues and the support team does not address in a timely manner. The SLA states 8 hour response times and there have been cases where days go by before we get a response or we have to escalate to our sales rep to finally get a response. Please improve the Credit App, and the support team response times.

**What problems is Billtrust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eCommerce, we where on Web Order Entry with Epicor Eclipse which is a legacy eCommerce solution. BillTrust eCommerce solution is a substantial upgrade from this. We feel the solution is modern and provides the features we where looking for, including a mobile app which was the deciding factor in going with the BillTrust eCommerce solution.

We are also levaraging the Billing & Payment solution which will modernize our Invoices and Statements and allow our customers to pay online and take ownership, we look forward to this, our only concern is onboarding our customers. We hope BillTrust will provide us assitance and guidance for maximizing the platform and onboard the majority of our customers.

Billtrust offers a complete package for doing business online. It seemlessly integrates with my ERP to provide real time inventory and pricing for my customers. It allows my customers to place orders, do quotes, check pricing, pay their bills and so much more. With it's easy to use intuitive design there is little to no training neccessary for the customer.

Billtrust is a large company and sometimes it is difficult to find the correct department to help you the first time.

The Cash App tool in Billtrust is awesome. It has been everything that we hoped it would be and it has simplified our entire process. We were very manual before we switched to BT.

**What do you dislike about Billtrust?**

We have implemented the Collections in Billtrust and the fact that it doesn't directly work with the Cash Apps platform makes things difficult. Notating in the accounts is also a challenge. Being able to delete notes and not having them time stamped or user stamped causes unneccessary issues.

**What problems is Billtrust solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We started with being very manual and using multiple systems to accomplish one job. Now that we use BT its all together and the cash apps match rate is around 67%. Being able to refocus that time has been incredibly valuable.
