Not happy about the ability to pay an invoice more than once. This does cause accounting issues and unnecessary refunds. Unable to refund ACH's through the application. If a customer is on autopay = credits are not automatically applied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Billtrust?

I really appreciate the visibility the platform provides into the accounts, and I like that it continues to grow and adapt alongside the world. I've also noticed a significant improvement in their customer service, both in response time and engagement. I would like to add that the platform is incredibly user friendly. Our collectors are in this platform daily, it is our main tool for collections and was incredibly easy to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Billtrust?

The system notes in the collections solution are quite bothersome when reviewing an account. They create unnecessary clutter, making it hard to locate the collector notes and to clearly understand the current status of the account. Additionally, I am disappointed that there is no way to configure accounts so that no actions are scheduled on weekends if you prefer to process collections based on the collector completing each procedure step rather than by the number of days in the procedure.
