Some admin tasks feel unnecessarily complex.Making small tweaks to customer rules or portal behavior takes more steps than expected and reporting can feel rigid when you need very specific AR views.It works well day to day, but flexibility drops once you go off the standard path.More self serve controls would help a lot.Simple toggles for customer payment options,clearer rule previews before saving and more customizable AR reports inside the tool would cut admin time.Right now, small adjustments feel heavier than the impact they actually have.
