What do you like best about Biller Genie?

It is streamless! It stays on top of the Invoicing from start to finish. It saves me time from following up with customers to get payments on outstanding Invoices and it settles/syns automatically with Quickbooks and our bank.

I've had to contact customer service and the support that I received from Melissa was outstanding. She knew exactly what she was doing and it was like talking to a friend. Very awesome company all the way around! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Biller Genie?

It is a simple solution for accounts receivable for QuickBooks if you want to save money on credit processing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Biller Genie?

-Automatic payments do not come with $24.95, which was unclear. You have to pay $49.95 to get the entire function. You can save the credit card manually, but you cannot have the client save the credit card for future use. This matter if you have reoccurring invoice. They did that on purpose to make you pay more later on.

-They force you to turn on the feature as a trial version to give your onboarding client (getting your clients in their system) more options, such as a client portal, so you must sign up for a higher plan. They are doing this on purpose.

-You pay a high price but don't expect to get ok customer service. I am waiting three weeks to get my ACH approved.. still waiting. I wish I could talk to the underwriting myself and give them the documents they need instead of depending on Billergenie.

-Some bugs, such as the correct invoice layout for the note section. Your notes will not show nicely. They know about it and I am not unsure why they don't fix it. This is a significant problem because your terms and condition cannot be inserted correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
