I think I'd like to have a little bit more granularity on some of the filters. Sometimes when I'm searching for things, there's certain fields I'm not able to build queries on. Which would be nice. I like that it gathers all my expenses in one place so I don't have to try to remember anything down the line. It's easy to process an expense from purchase all the way through approval. I love that I can split expenses as many ways as necessary to allocate costs to the appropriate accounts. I also love the mobile app where I can upload receipts immediately. I love the ability to allow employees to manage their own budget and be responsible for their own spending without me having to put in the extra hours and work to do it. The way their spending is limited based on a preset budget simplifies things, and I don't have to update it or work on it every month. It’s very easy to create new physical and virtual cards. The platform is straightforward and user-friendly, so getting started doesn’t take much effort. BILL integrates into Quick books and the categories will sort but not the class which is extra time I wish I did not have to spend. BILL integrates with QuickBooks, and while categories sort automatically, the classes do not. This requires extra, unnecessary time that I would rather not spend. I like how user-friendly BILL Spend & Expense (Formerly Divvy) is when it comes to tracking receipts, making it easy to get rid of the old paper trail. I find the capability to just capture a photo and upload it really easy to use. The upload tool is great compared to the old-school way of having to track down receipts from employees.
