Our only challenge with bill is finding a way to give permissions to people without giving them too much access. As the owner of the account we have to allocate money and manage more people than we would like. It would be great to put more ownership in the budget owners hand. I appreciate how BILL Spend & Expense offers ease of use and seamless integration, especially with QuickBooks Online, which helps in categorizing transactions directly and removes the need to post or approve entries on the QuickBooks side. I really like the great cashback provided, which is higher than what we used before. The ability to issue both parent and child cards with BILL directly without needing external software is quite helpful. We were given a line of credit, and then it was decreased without any notice, which really hurt us. I emailed for over two weeks and filed a complaint, but still no one has told me why our line of credit was reduced. This experience wasn’t good, and it’s why I gave a review of 9 instead of 10. The ability to generate single-use cards for services that I suspect might try to charge me again, and to spin up infinite individual credit cards, make it an essential piece of our business financial tool kit. We've previously experienced fraud and had to change our CC number across all vendors when using a standard bank CC. With Bill, we use a different card number for every merchant. The merge between bill and divvy has not been super smooth and creates some issues with staff accessing the correct systems when they need them. We used both bill and divvy prior to the buy out and there have been some challenges with the new login url and apps. We use bill through Chase bank so that has complicated the use of just bill S&E.

Also, we were unable to sign up for a new credit card with out the bill ap also enabled and that created some issues for us so we decided not to use it at all for the new company we have.

I like that BILL Spend & Expense (Formerly Divvy) is free to use and offers rewards. It is very easy to issue new cards to employees and control spending. You have to pay the balance in full every month- this was not clear when we signed up. On tight cash flow months this makes it tough for my small business. We are going to have to start using another card for some large purchases just in case we run into a cash flow issue one month. SUpport is extremely difficult to get in touch with. When I spoke to someone is support they seemed clueless to the questions I was asking. The support email and phone number listed online are incorrect and out of service.
