The budgeting options are lack luster and leave much to be desired. Also groups don't allow custom budgets below, they all need to be set up under the same duration and other options. Also there is no feature to turn virtual cards off for people in the system that you only want submitting reimbursements. Automatic integration with Quickbooks for Reimbursements is a HUGE drawback. BILL constantly pushes credit cards on you if you want to use the reimbursement tool, it shows they are only in it for the money and neglect parts of the product that are "free".
