I like that we are able to see transactions realtime, have transactions approved by managers, code based on budgets, set budget limits and that users are able to request funds through the app and require receipts. The implementation was easy and straightforward, the implementation consultant was great to work with. Our users also seem to really like the app and ability to use their phones to take pictures of receipts. We have also run into issues with cards being compromised and the ability to create a virtual card number has been a great help to continue our day to day workflow. I wish there were a way to choose the fields that export when you are downloading transactions. I've also noticed that somehow users are still able to choose GL's in budgets that a GL is not active in. Seems that maybe they start in the incorrect budget, code the transaction, and then switch to the correct budget and the coding remains to what it was in the incorrect budget instead of resetting or not allowing those GL's/Depts to be chosen. BILL is a great solution for our team because we can customize the coding to match our finance systems and it integrates with our accounting software. We have almost totally eliminated direct reimbursements to staff and are more closely able to monitor our spending in real time. Our team travels heavily and hosts events so we use the cards daily. In a remote team it can be easy for errors to be made by the users, we've implemented a review process on our transactions to keep our books clean. BILL is simple to use and to make edits to transaction data after the fact to resolve mistakes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Bill.com is a bit slow. Sometimes we have to process some invoices manual. In some times it will not auto capture the invoice where we should do it manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Being able to put an expense card in the hands of every employee, board member, and vendor is incredible. Spending limits and budgeting for all physical and virtual cards. Best party, they can instantly upload receipts via the mobile app--no more expense reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The budgeting options may require you to rethink your approach to dividing your expenses. We went with a general fund and then budgets for each major event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Bill spend and expense is very easy to use and most of us started to use the platform without any training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't a list of who to contact for help or problems. I have had to email our implementation contact in order to find out who to reach out to but even then it was incorrect. It would be helpful to have that information within the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are many things but the easy integration with other accounting software is one of the most appreciative feature of Bill. The software is very much user-friendly and any issues get resolved quickly. I frequently download and verify the bills which are added in the software. The implementation of the software in the clients for AP/AR related transactions is also very smooth and fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The documents which are attached to Bill are not easily downloadable. I would like it to have an option to download the Bills related to a vendor in Bulk rather than one by one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Divvy is a great choice for small organizations looking to beef up their internal controls and expense documentation. The transactions import to our accounting software with the click of a button, allowing users to code their own expenses without additional manual intervention. Receipts can be required so that purchases are properly documented, and manager approval is also a great way to make sure spending is staying in control. This software has many of the features I was used to with my previous large organization, without the burdensome cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Top level user can approve their own transactions. Integration to QBO could happen overnight automatically, instead of requiring me to push the button to make it go over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very simple user interface, easy to manage integrations & customize the product to have items integrate the way you want. From a user standpoint - a very modern interface and easy to grasp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do wish the integration side didn't have as many steps - I understand it has to be a little more complex to get accounts to come over the way we want them to, but there's like 3 different steps you have to do to make sure an account is included on a budget, which seems like a lot for one account. I use Bill mainly for AP. It does it job tremendously well... I have integrated Bill with Web UI and it does it job, especially user interface is good, the process from start to end bill process is good and even a person who is not an accountant can also process bills easily Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
there's nothing there to dislike about Bill. the only thing I dislike is it's pricing. yes as a human we feel very costly when compared to other software but sometimes it feels like it's worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Divvy makes credit cards simple. You can issue as many cards as you need. You can have electronic or physical credit cards. Electronic cards are ready for use immediately upon creation. You can turn cards off and on and increase or decrease spending limits yourself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have found no downsides to Divvy and my clients love it as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
