I like the ability to control in real time the budgets for each card. I love how easy it has been to start the process and how user-friendly the platform is. I have also loved the customer support peace, Drew and Lorenzo have been on it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Because our Quickbooks are in a server, the process to get our GL accounts linked has been a little more time consuming then I was hoping for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Bill.com suggests the proper General Ledger for a bill by referring to the previous bills. It automatically picks the date, invoice number, and amount from the bill we are processing.
It helps in managing the vendors and the customers easily, by extracting the AP and AR aging summary reports. It is easy to fix a problem on bill.com by approaching the customer support team, just by entering the details of the problem that we are facing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes, the description or other details cannot be copied from the bill we are processing on bill.com, which is time-consuming, as we need to enter the details manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that I can filter through transactions, I can pull spreadsheet to review and send out if we have incomplete transactions. The ability to deny transactions if they are not filled out correctly and it will go back to the original person to correct their issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The length of time for disputes to be resolved would be the only issue I really have. I also understand that research needs to be done so not sure if this is something that can even be shortened. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is easy to use, easy to manage, and the expense reporting function is great. A little work is required on the front end to set it all up and connect it to Quickbooks, but once it's set up, it's fairly autonomous. I like the "rules" that can be set up to create continuity between the platform and my organization's spending policies. My staff and I use the platform daily, and for all discretionary and some non-discretionary spending. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One downside I've experienced is there is no way (or at least that I've found) to assign a Class in Quickbooks. When importing/syncing transactions to Quickbooks, it automatically imports to a "None" class, which requires a reclassification on my end. It's not a big deal, but it can be problematic. Customer Support: I would also prefer a phone call to chats which lead to phone calls or emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really enjoy how easy it is to log expenses in the moment, or come back with the receipt, budget line, and purchase description. Even when I need to add a budget line, it is simple to attach to the QuickBooks line. As a manager, I am quickly able to approve and edit others' purchases and budgets. It's also quick to do reimbursements needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are so many filters when searching Transactions that sometimes I foorget to make sure I have the correct Status selected when searching. Other than that, everything is very easy to read and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy it is to create and manage digital and physical cards with Bill S&E as well as receipt collection and filing. Now I'm able to put the responsibility on the cardholders who will have no excuse to not upload receipts at the point of sale. Budgeting is everything I need for my business and makes categorizing and planning very easy. The program is easy and intuitive to use, and it's hard to find much to dislike.
Customer support has been fantastic from the start and even after the easy implementation. It's very easy to use daily and does not interfere with your work, purchases, etc. Email receipts to automatically attach to the expense??? Yes! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the only issue I see with Bill S&E is syncing new classes & locations from QBO and automatically updated in Bill S&E. Other than that, I feel the system works great.
One other issue is the receipt emailing feature. It works very well 99% of the time...except if you are emailing an Amazon receipt. It was explained to me that Amazon receipts are notoriously difficult to auto match because Amazon doesn't charge for a product until it actually shipped. It would be great if Bill could figure out how to mitigate this? Maybe develop some form of receipt holding area for receipts to hang out after being emailed to wait for a purchase to clear, then attach. Currently I have to avoid emailing receipts until I know for a fact the items have been shipped or that I've already received before I can email them. This is also the case for autopay bills. I wish there was some way to mark an expense as being on autopay so Bill could store unallocated receipts/statements until the payment clears.
Also, Bill S&E charges for features other companies like Ramp offer as part of their package for free. In this case, Bill charges a monthly fee for AP & AR, whereas this is included in Ramp. This isn't a deal breaker due to my business type, but I would appreciate the ability to have access included in my S&E account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
BILL Spend & Expense is has a user friendly interface and is a convenient way to manage expenses. I love that you can quickly categorize and upload a receipt for transactions via mobile device or desktop. This is helpful for daily spending.
The customizable controls are also helpful for differentiating and managaing project budgets.
Our Finance team also loves how BILL integrates smoothly with our accounting system!
The rewards feature is also a plus! This year, we're planning to use our rewards for an end of year holiday party.
We have been able to manage our spending this year and each team member has found the platform to be easy to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be nice if the reward amount remained the same, regardles of how you choose to receive the funds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

BILL Spend & Expense (Formerly Divvy) is easy to use and my employees say it is the best software program we have had for credit card expense management. The website is easy to navigate and the app is very user friendly. Setting up budgets was easy and they can be updated in real time as needed. I highly recommend this product. Customer support was great to work with and the integration with QBOL is seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Spend and expense software can be a bit of a pain because you are still responsible for keeping up with your receipts and entering data. This still has to happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a lot of things I love about Spend & Expense, but the two features that standout are: (1) enabling my team to make the purchases they need to (whether with physical cards or mobile pay), while making tracking receipts and expenses - individually, by budget, and overall so easy for everyone and (2) the ability protect us from data leaks and vendors by using vendor and charge specific vendor cards, which are quick and easy to spin up and utilize. In addition, it has been been super easy to roll out, easy for the team to pickup, and has made our bookkeeping with Quick Books Online so much easier for our accountant. In addition, customer support is incredible! Not only do they always have a solution to my issues, the time to return my calls is unbelievably fast! Highly recommend them! Features that would be great would be the ability for an individual to have mutliple physical cards (e.g. an Office Admin has their own card but then oversees a card for our facilities team, etc.) and the ability to get a better overview of not only all spending, but historic data for specific budgets, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Using Bill has allowed us to consolidate all spending into one payment, bi-weekly. Additionally, the user interface is friendly for users, easy to setup, and as an admin, I have full control over permissions. Specifically, I like the ability to create budgets for specific events or unique spending needs that expire on a certain date. I also like the ability to quickly turn spending access off in the event we need to. Lastly, the onboarding process was fantastic. Bill ensures that your intergrations are setup correctly and that you know what you're doing before rollout! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't much to dislike about Bill. The only confusing thing for users, is how to login on the website. There's language that can be confusing such as "Bill Spend & Expense (Formerly Divvy)" and a different login page for Bill. It can be hard to remmeber which one to login to for users.
