What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?

It simplifies bill processing and automation also very easy which ultimately reduces human error.

Flexibility to make the payments is one more advantage of having a BILL and the platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for users with little accounting experience. The platform’s automation also reduces the risk of late payments or missing invoices, improving cash flow management.

It is easy to integrate/implement with Intacct as well.

Customer support is also very good and they respond early with an accurate solution.

As a daily user, I can say Bill.com is the best tool to manage the AP process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?

What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?

BILL is a user-friendly application and easy to-understand the process.

It serves as a good payment platform for vendor payments, allowing users to access details for active and inactive vendors anytime easily.

Also, will get a quick solution from the BILL support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?

BILL is introducing many new features which is affecting to delay in vendor payments. Also now vendors are not getting connected to E-payment since they are using the same email ID for multiple network IDs. Before BILL was very good for vendor payments and there are no issues on the Connections.

What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?

1. Using Bill.com for the AP process like invoice processing, payments to vendors and many more features are very useful for an entry level accountant and even for an non-accounting background user.

2. Bill.com payments to vendors are very simple and easy. Inbuild E-payment feature is very useful in paying vendors on time, even vendor recommend us on the same.

3. Maintaining records in a systematic manner is made easy on Bill.com, we can rely on Bill.com for any past data recorded and reports can be downloaded for any analysis.

4. BILL Dashboard helps payer and accountant get the idea on AP balances and even in vendor level balances.

5. Bill.com provides the best integration with other accounting software, we currently use Sage Intacct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?

1. Bill.com charges high rates for international vendor payments to vendors, which are high comparative to market rates.

2. Bill.com brings up new policies and procedures but they don't notify to the users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?

BILL's Accounts Payable (AP) features are advantageous to me. Setting up recurring invoices is also a significant time saver since it ensures that monthly payments are handled automatically and without effort. One of my favorite features is the AI-powered tool for easily copying information directly from papers while processing bills. This has made data entry considerably faster and more accurate, lowering errors and saving time. Overall, BILL has tremendously simplified our AP process and I am satisfied with BILL as I use it daily. The BILL support is also very helpful. They listen to our concerns and are quick to assist in resolving any issues, making the overall experience much smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?

What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?

Bill.com is very user-friendly and it is glitch-free, it is cost-effective and it was too easy to implement into our organization. The customer care and support the bill.com provides are great. The integration of bill.com into our organization was smooth and functional. In our organization, we use bill.com on a daily basis to process invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?

What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?

Bill.com suggests the proper General Ledger for a bill by referring to the previous bills. It automatically picks the date, invoice number, and amount from the bill we are processing.

It helps in managing the vendors and the customers easily, by extracting the AP and AR aging summary reports. It is easy to fix a problem on bill.com by approaching the customer support team, just by entering the details of the problem that we are facing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes, the description or other details cannot be copied from the bill we are processing on bill.com, which is time-consuming, as we need to enter the details manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?

one excellent accounting program that is particular ease to use for handling invoices and customer support and it has many features to make online, and offline payments, ease to integration, ease of implementation it helps in Customer Support, and Frequency of Use is friendly. What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?

There are many things but the easy integration with other accounting software is one of the most appreciative feature of Bill. The software is very much user-friendly and any issues get resolved quickly. I frequently download and verify the bills which are added in the software. What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?

The documents which are attached to Bill are not easily downloadable. I would like it to have an option to download the Bills related to a vendor in Bulk rather than one by one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?

I use Bill mainly for AP. It does it job tremendously well... I have integrated Bill with Web UI and it does it job, especially user interface is good, the process from start to end bill process is good and even a person who is not an accountant can also process bills easily Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

there's nothing there to dislike about Bill. the only thing I dislike is it's pricing. yes as a human we feel very costly when compared to other software but sometimes it feels like it's worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
