It's very straightforward to select the drop downs and add time to any client project. This is particularly helpful when people are stepping in on new projects or supporting temporarily, as they can track their time without needing extra admin setup. Overall, once the setup is complete, using BigTime becomes easy. **What do you dislike about BigTime?** I don't like the lack of more flexible reporting and dashboards on BigTime that can be tailored to each user. For example, using saved filters at an individual login level would be great. **What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use BigTime to track time on client projects.
