The company is a pleasure to work with and I always receive timely responses to any issues that arise. The tool itself is very easy for our consultants to use for entering time and expenses as well as other casual users to perform basic tasks in the system with minimal training. The other side of that is the flexibility for advanced users to configure the system to accurately record project information and financials in structured environments. There are still a lot of functions that require the client interface. The majority of these are being moved to the web but until that is completed we have users frustrated that they can not exclusively use the web interface. Areas such as managed services and work order assignation fall out of this tool's sweet spot although I am told there is new managed services functionality on the way.
