The setup is very simple. You answer the provisioning questions and they configure the router before shipping. Once it arrives on-site you just plug it in and it works. Instant load balanced internet connections. The option for an external IP from Bigleaf is what seals the deal. Hosting a service using the external Bigleaf IP means you can swap internet connections in and out at will without affecting your hosted service. The support is top notch. I don't think I've ever called in and waited more than a minute to speak to a person.

"Excellent SD-WAN service"

What do you like best about Bigleaf Networks?

The customer service and tech support are top-notch. Very prompt and responsive. Often get my issues resolved in one call.

What do you dislike about Bigleaf Networks?

The only downside would be the lack of built-in site-to-site encryption ( VPN tunneling). Since we also used this to replace an MPLS, we had to do the site-to-site encryption ourselves.

What problems is Bigleaf Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed to replace an MPLS circuit and have redundancy with multiple internet circuits for each site. With Bigleaf, we don't have to worry about failover and packet optimization since the service automagically does this. Also, being notified of site issues is a benefit and aids in resolving circuit issues faster.

Good Question. I do not have any dislikes at this time.

What problems is Bigleaf Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?

No problems at the moment. We use Colorado Hi-Tech Solutions for IT support and they reach out on our behalf if those issues arise. I cannot recall the last know issue or when. Its great.

What do you like best about Bigleaf Networks?

The support has been great, but we haven't had to use them very much.

What do you dislike about Bigleaf Networks?

The only issue that I have experienced was the bandwidth cap's . I would recommend Bigleaf to anybody that is looking at an SDWAN solution. Great company that supports the solution they provide.

What problems is Bigleaf Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bigleaf solved the issues we had with another provider of being unstable, and when running a corporate VoIP system, it started to impact the business and end-user experince .
