First, it's genuinely easy to use our sales team picked it up quickly without needing heavy training. Second, the pricing is reliable and fits well for a growing business like ours, without the complexity or cost of larger CRM systems. And most importantly, it connects seamlessly with Zoho Books, so our sales and accounting data stay in sync no double entry, no manual reconciliation. For a business like Action8 that's scaling and opening a new branch in Riyadh, having sales and finance talk to each other automatically has made a real difference. What problems is Bigin by Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? this crm made easy to track the follow ups specially. earlier i had to maintain the data in excel which was time taking plus remembering the flow that how & where the data is stored. but in this CRM case it became easy to track the data , followups. it reduced my manual work by automating it. instead of updating data manually again & again, it helpmed me to repeat the routine activities. Overall, it feels like a powerful tool, and it fulfills the basic needs of micro and small businesses. It’s also great for service-based businesses (consulting, agencies, IT services, real estate, training centers) where deals depend heavily on follow-ups and relationship history.
