It's so simple to maneuver around your site and set up your website. Customer service is always very kind when we get them on the phone (although they don't ever seem to know the answer to our problems without putting us on hold first). The breakdown of analytics is also very helpful. **What do you dislike about BigCommerce?** The user interface is pretty outdated and it's not very intuitive. There is no "preview" button, so you can't see any updates you make to the site without publishing it live, which is a huge problem for an e-commerce site that receives a lot of traffic. The templating system is very old. It's difficult to find freelancers who will work with it anymore because of that. I have one customer who has been on BigCommerce for years and he's had a terrible experience even at one of the highest paying tiers.
