What do you like best about Big Picture?
We can easily use a gantt chart to plot program and project schedules accuratey and in real time, so all team members are aligned to the project's milestones. What do you dislike about Big Picture?
Plan for the scale of your team in advance. Also permission assignments are an issue that must be learnt well in advance, so people can see the right projects in the same Gantt chart. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
