**What do you like best about BIAS?**

BIAS is pretty quick to respond to calls and emails. You aren't left waiting for a reponse like some other companies.

**What do you dislike about BIAS?**

They aren't avaible 24/7. It would be helpful to have extended hours on the weekend.

**What problems is BIAS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BIAS is very user friendly and easy to use if you are unfamiliar with migration.

I basically used BIAS for one of my security projects where I am taking consulting service from BIAS.

In Information Security BIAS provide me service related to -Cloud Security, Data Security, Managed Security, and access management.

**What do you like best about BIAS?**

The Service and support by them is a very perfect and quick reply by them. You can contact them by below-following ways.

The action and service are fast, and they will try to solve your problem in one call. 

Apart from that, they also provide many consulting services like -Cloud migration; Cloud managed services, analytics and many more services.

**What do you dislike about BIAS?**

Dislike is only one thing - Sat and Sun are closed, they are not providing 24*7 service. 

In case if you are having any problem on weekends, then you need to wait for Monday to action on your problem

**What problems is BIAS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BIAS providing me a service related to information security and cloud migration, which helped me to save lots of time for migration. The service is very friendly even they will call me and guided me through the whole process of cloud migration and all.

They also provided me with a file where all the detailed information is given related to Cloud migration.
