The think I like best is how helpful the support staff are. They are extremely responsive and helpful. The best support service I have ever experienced. Their system is easy to use, but as a first time user, I did have questions. Could have likely found the answers on my own, but when I asked questions, I always got prompt responses that were directly on point and if wanted to speak to someone that was easy too. We partnered with Rybbon on a SurveyMonkey-based survey for our client. The set up was very straightforward and we were able to give our survey respondents a choice as to what gift card they wanted to choose as a reward for completing the survey - loved that feature.
