Rybbon helps us incentivize respondents for our research studies. I really like how it allows us to incentivize with a large number of gift cards or even donations to organizations. There are so many options that can cater to the interests and desires of a lot of different people that might participate in research studies. There is a feature that allows you to ask the recipient to select their geographic location, and it then populates all of the options in that geographic location. That's great. However, for some reason, my team was instructed (and I should probably figure out why) to only keep one campaign to one geo, which means I actually have to manually select the incentive options one-by-one. In some locations, that's a heck of a lot of selections to check. I wish there was an option to just select all that apply and then I could manually remove options that I didn't want to include. I haven't experienced many issues, so I can't really list any dislikes at the current time. I suppose integration could be a bit more streamlined. We've had some minor issues with survey respondents getting errors in the transition from the survey to Rybbon, which has led to re-distributing of incentives, but it wasn't on a large scale.
