BHN Rewards (formerly Rybbon) Pros and Cons

How easy it is to use, how our company gets a refund from unclaimed rewards, and how it integrates with our survey platform. Customer support is quick to respond. It also has saved so much time. We used to manually send gift cards and the time it took to do that was insane. BHN Rewards has cut our time by 3/4. I could go on and on. It's just a great tool. I like that I can provide a gift card to our teams globally which can be very difficult without a platform such as BHN Rewards. I can pick from a variety of cards and currencies. Also to motivate customers to leave feedback, it integrates well with SurveyMonkey and Marketo. Overall, the platform is easy to use and it is possible to track the rewards you give out. Because BHN has so many options, it's a one stop shop for some like myself who hates shopping and browsing. You get in, you pick what you want, and send it off - everyone's happy. Simple is always better when shopping and it's hard to beat BHN for what they offer in options, simplicity of use, and aesthetic of site.
