The price for a product like this is higher than most. Granted this product is well thought out and more secure for remote management than most, so there's a reason why they are more expensive, but it doesn't discount that if you're on a budget, you probably can't justify the higher cost. The hardest hurdle for our organization was training end users how to actually allow the support staff to utilize the remote access.
