Also, customer support is friendly and helpful. The substitution part of the app should be more in depth. **What do you dislike about BeyondMenu POS?** The substitution part is the only thing that I dislike **What problems is BeyondMenu POS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Making sure the correct order is going out without the name and guest and dasher on there. It helps us be productive when we can easily change the item if we need to fulfill a guests larger order ### 2.
