First, dfakto is the only (at this time) automation tool to be DV2 compliant
It fits the data vault methodology perfectly
Using dfakto to implement your data vault program means to highly reduce the time-to-deliver, so it means you can deliver more for your businesses than if you have done it "manually" in the same period of time.
It's an automation tool: you implement your DV model into the tool, you press the button and that's it => all DDLs and loading DMLs are here, all human mistakes are deleted so the testing part is also reduced
Moreover the data quality management feature is very helpful ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is no actual downside of using dfakto; i would say that the area for improvement is about expanding target databases compliance even there is already a large scale of them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
