Top Rated Betty Blocks Alternatives
Betty Blocks is an easy to use rapid application development tool. It gives you the possibility to build an application in a short period, without the use of code. After making a data model, you can build a complete application in the back office. But you can also build a complete webbased application for end users by just clicking with your mouse.
The business logic is build in the webbased screens and actions. With the Pagebuilder it is very easy to build the webbased screens. By just dragging your standard components to the canvas, you are able to build user friendly screens.
With the option of sandboxes, you create a complete DTAP environment. With the merge option is it possible to transport your development from D(evelopment) to T(test), to A(cceptance) and to P(roduction). The merge is just two simple clicks, and all the changes you have made in the development environment, will be transported to the next environment. You can build an application with several developers simultaneously. It is also possible to build your own custom components.
I enjoy building applications with Betty Blocks. I don’t have to think about the technical things you need to build an application. My challenge is: How can I translate the functionality the user wants in a user friendly application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is a challenge for Betty Blocks to keep the documentation up to date with the rapid developments in the platform. The personal support, you can get, is therefore very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about BettyBlocks as a platform is the way it truly reduces the gap between business and IT. The no-code philosophy combined with the easy to use UI (on all three tiers) makes it so much easier to understand eachother from a business and IT perspective. What I like about BettyBlocks as an organization is the not only the great support but also the active role BettyBlocks takes in the business case. From helping out in the technical solution to training of employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The "next-gen" platform change. This had and still has mayor impact on both developer and businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Betty Blocks offers an intuitive way to build a variety of applications to support your organization. Even if you have no knowledge about coding, you can build anything you can think up.
They are also a very open organization with great support whenever you run into problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The product is still under development, so it is not a completely finished product. This does not extend to basic functionality though, only some quality of life aspects that could be improved upon (which are constantly being improved). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform has allowed us to develop our initial simple use cases with clear scope for further development as our experience with the platform grows. Users are able to build right from the start and experts can enhance applications in a collaborative way. Where necessary the team at Betty Blocks has always been responsive and extremely supportive helping us through challenges in a way that ensures we pick up the knowledge of how to tackle the issue for future developments. In our experience so far there is nothing to dislike about either the platform or the team at Betty Blocks. During our cooperation, everything has met and succeeded our expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The concept and approach it introduced and behind the platform help in terms of getting the project roll-out quick and easy using the agile methodology. Development can be done with the help of citizen developers than the high expectation of professional developers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some changes or updates on the platform with the mission to allow the creation of custom page components that is still in the journey to maturity and completion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A modular approach (blocks) to building business solutions enables the front liners to get started quickly. Intuitive build interface with build, stage, sandbox and production options. Backed by a solid runtime environment to run the applications that can scale as volume scales. Self-paced and instructor led training options. Partnership approach. Leadership involvement and passion.
Strong voice of client to add new features in an agile fashion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ability to customize UI/UX is being added in releases Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The new improved pagebuilder. As someone without any education or experience in developing, it's very intuitive. The option to create button/form interactions is put together very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What i like about Bettyblocks in the pagebuilder is the usage of components. Once made you can re-install them on different applications, which is a huge time-saver. However, Bettyblock doesn't support reusable actions or modelling. What I'd like to see, is for example: When i've made a process within bettyblocks which makes use of an OCR API and creates invoices accordingly. Then i want to save this as a block or module. This is not (yet) possible in Bettyblocks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The tool is intuitive and easy to use. Once you get used to it, you can build applications quickly and effectively with little to no coding. Aside from that, the continuous improvements to the platform keep raising the bar of our applications Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The component set has its limitations, though it is improved with every update. Aside from that, the lowcode nature, means using workarounds at times because the goals can't be achieved in the ideal design. But the end results are still great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
