We had more intro calls that were a good fit in the first two weeks after kickoff than with other agencies. This was really important for us when we needed to scale our SDR hiring quickly. When there are multiple roles open, I found the timeline expectations unclear and wasn't informed that you could pay an expedited fee. It seemed like the assigned recruiter was working on multiple roles, contrary to my impression that we would have recruiters dedicated to each role. This made it difficult to manage multiple roles simultaneously, as we had to prioritize between them. I think Betts Recruiting could improve by communicating more directly about the assigned team's capacity and offering the option for expedited service upfront.
