What do you dislike about Betterworks?

Need to have definitions of acronyms. If acronyms are client specific (like my company is using their acronym) require HR to link a short definition to keep things clear Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Betterworks?

We found the system rather simple and easy to understand. User interface was friendly and easy to review data in the system after processes were completed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Betterworks?

A pretty major issue was after the contract ended, they essentially ghosted us. They never replied to us and more importantly, never gave us our historical data despite asking for it for 2 years. When we finally did get a reply they indicated they deleted all of our data essentially right after our contract ended. They didn't keep it at all and didn't tell us they would remove it. I think it should be standard for a system to GIVE the historical data back to the company once the contract ends and at least grant us the courtesy of responses. What problems is Betterworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

We didn't have a place to track and process performance management. Betterworks was there with a team to guide us and show us the best way to input and track performance, making it easy year over year to see the trend of employees' performance as well as quarterly reviews and mid-year progress results. What problems is Betterworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Betterworks is helping to solve are primarily centered on transforming traditional, fragmented HR processes into a modern, strategic, and continuous system, which in turn offers several benefits for the organization. Betterworks is solving:

- Fragmented Data and Manual Processes: ATB was facing a challenge with fragmented data and manual processes that hindered strategic HR. Betterworks is helping to automate manual data entry and integrate different systems.

- Traditional Performance Management: Our organization recognized the limitations of our traditional, annual performance review process. The old system was inconsistent across the organization, and described as an "annual chore with low/inconsistent adoption".

- Lack of Strategic HR Insights: Previously, manual processes and fragmented data hindered the organization's ability to gain "sought after data and insights" for strategic business decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Effective OKR Management Tool"

What do you like best about Betterworks?

I use Betterworks for tracking my OKR for reviews, and it really helps me track all my progress in a simple manner. I like that it has a friendly and good UI/UX, which makes it easy to use. The initial setup of Betterworks was also very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
