Thier customer service is outstanding. You also have the ability to map the level of the surveys to your internal jobs. The information can be located very easily with a minimum amount of wait time. The implementation and the ability to use globally was simple. We also love the ability to pull the survey participation directly from the system for our nearly 100 surveys. **What do you dislike about Bettercomp?** Not enough system security to segregate access, waiting for ability to customized column headers, and the ability to be able to see when a survey is completly loaded for use into BetterComp using size of file. **What problems is Bettercomp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Global access to surveys and market pricing. Implementation was completely painless and we had great support for implementation and our day-to-day needs with a dedicated CSM. There are also lots of reports to choose from and you can even build your own or request new reports from the BetterComp team. They are constantly making updates based on user feedback and are very open to new suggestions. **What do you dislike about Bettercomp?** Adding a new job level or job has to be done by upload vs. being able to just add in the tool – it would be nice to be able to just add it instead of uploading. We also have a somewhat complex local grading system in place that BetterComp was able to setup for us but some of the reporting doesn’t quite reflect the local grades yet (they’re working on it already though!) **What problems is Bettercomp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before BetterComp we managed all benchmarking in spreadsheets – very manual and lots of room for errors to be made. Now we spend way less time on data management and more time on analytics and actions based on those analyses. The interface is intuitive, easy to use, and an excellent repository for all things benchmarking. Another key advantage is the magnitude of reports and visual analytics available to you to help understand range progression, outliers, and demographic comparisons to the market and your range structure. **What do you dislike about Bettercomp?** I really only have glowing comments about BetterComp. The one thing I would mention is that I would love to have the ability to add a new job level for our structure directly through the tool rather than via upload. I bet that the team already has this on the roadmap....they have been incredibly proactive to engage with clients and assess your needs. **What problems is Bettercomp solving and how is that benefiting you?** BetterComp has created a one-stop-shop for benchmarking, allowing our team to collaborate across countries, roles, and job structures. Within the composite function, you can view all your benchmarks in one spot and toggle the analytics you would like to see to ensure the benchmark fits the role. Another key feature of the product is the ability to create draft benchmark roles and play around with the market data cuts to understand the potential cost of a new role. My team also loves the analytics feature of the product. BetterComp provides insightful visuals that allow you to quickly see where there might be a dislocation in your salary structure. The platform has several other helpful reports (range penetration, key trends, YOY analysis, etc). This has saved time on reporting since the system does it with a click of a button! ### 6. Configuration/setup was fast and easy – we were up and running in a few weeks – and most of that was us getting our data in order. 2.) The BetterComp tool is easy to learn and use. The whole team learned quickly. 3.) We also chose to purchase market data and have been very happy with the data they were able to provide. 4.) We were assigned a great Customer Experience Manager who has been with us all the way through to answer our questions and set us up. 5.) They have been very open to suggestions about report modifications and future tool enhancements. We'd select BetterComp again! **What do you dislike about Bettercomp?** There is not much to dislike about BetterComp. I look forward to the enhancements they plan to implement to continue to improve the product. As a very large, global organization (>30k) participating in almost 75 salary surveys, BetterComp was the best solution out of many other vendors we demoed. We found that many of the other vendors have legacy systems that make it difficult to customize the tool. BetterComp has been built with flexibility in mind and the team works very hard to accommodate customization where possible. While we are still in the implementation phase, we have been so impressed by our senior customer experience manager who has walked us through setting up the system step-by-step. The team has very strong experience working with a variety of systems and tools and the expertise they have makes it easy for us to review the options and select the approach that is best for our organization. We also enjoy the "customer delight" approach BetterComp uses for system enhancements. One of the best features we enjoy is being able to suggest ideas that are evaluated and seriously considered to make our lives and those of their other customers better. **What do you dislike about Bettercomp?** We have not yet come across any big dislikes about BetterComp. When we do find little things that we dislike or want changed, BetterComp is there to accept our "customer delight" request and take further action. **What problems is Bettercomp solving and how is that benefiting you?** An example is whether or not we are aligned/competitive with the external market and internally as well. I like how easy it is to select data cuts across many pay markets. Most of all, I like the customer service. The BetterComp team are fantastic to work with and are always looking for ways to improve the tool. **What do you dislike about Bettercomp?** I don't like that I can not limit some of the functionality to only specific team members.
