What do you like best about Better Stack?

I am quite fond of the simplicity of Better Stack Uptime and its efficient monitoring of websites and servers. It does a job of overseeing everything making it convenient to stay informed, about the status of your website or server. With, over 10 integrations it seamlessly integrates into our tech setup. The setup is easy to follow enabling monitoring tasks. Additionally its interface is user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Better Stack?

I have been using Better Stack for quite some time now to confirm that it is one of the best, if not the best, tools for monitoring websites. It is true that it has numerous options for this purpose, but I only use it to keep track of possible downtimes and issues on the websites I maintain, and that's enough for me. It is invaluable that with an email notification, the system alerts us if a website is unavailable at a given moment. Thanks to this, we can also identify problems on the server where it is hosted, allowing us to act accordingly.

With something as simple as adding a word from the homepage (or a phrase) to the system (among other monitoring options), Better Stack will know when we have a problem. Additionally, it informs us of the type of downtime, so we can differentiate between major issues or simple disconnections that last just a few seconds.

In short, an indispensable tool if you are involved in website maintenance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Better Stack?

I LOVE the "Explore Logs" screen to see real-time events coming in from Vercel. I can also set up alerts to notify me when I see an "Error" come by which is so handy. I haven't been able to find a better alternative thus far. Really happy with BetterStack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Better Stack?

There was a detailed article with guidance on how to setup with a django app, worked exactly as expected. Mainly using for logtail at the moment but excited to see whats possible with more advanced monitoring and alerts. As a solo dev the generous free tier is a big help too. What do you like best about Better Stack?

Quality of everything - from UI/UX (User Interface and User Experience) to stable work and right set of tools to keep your servers and services up and running. It was very easy for me (amateur user of monitoring software) to set everything up and get it running. Unobtrusive and responsive customer support is always there if you need it. Good amount of educational materials, shall you want to dive deeper into the tool and technology. Also, from what I see in my admin panel, this is great tool for teams and bigger projects. What do you like best about Better Stack?

Just works. The free plan has everything I need (custom domain status pages, nice looks, email notifications, maintenence scheduling, comments, custom logos). Way better than UptimeRobot. What do you dislike about Better Stack?

What do you like best about Better Stack?

Better Stack enables us to take a more pro-active stance towards our customers every day of our work. We receive alerts about downtime instantanously, ensuring that we can swiftly respond to any issues that our customer experiences. The status page enable us to get a good overview of a specific set of monitors, and we can share them (if we wish) with our customers as well. The on-call system can text or call us, or send updates to Slack, when there is an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Better Stack?

There is not really a lot that we dislike about Better Stack. If I had to mention a few "nice to haves" that we'd like to see in the future, it's UI/IX improvements in the admin panel, more support for customization on status pages (mostly in regard to how it looks), whitelabelling, etc.

Having said that, the support team is *very* receptible to feedback and many of the features I've suggested or requested have been implemented since. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We loved everything - from the initial implementation, their customer support was amazing. We were looking for something that's easy to use and integrate. This tool offers many features and configuration options to always keep an eye on the server status. It can be decided independently which statuses should only be internally and which should be publicly visible.
