What do you like best about Better HR HRMS Software?

I can say, one of the best HR software for multi-branch businesses. I can even manage my overseas remote employees with Better HR HRMS software. There is no need to track their work; I can just make payroll on a project basis. For other staff, I can make regular pay sheets, all on the same platform. Last time I made a payroll for one of my Cambodian staff with NSSF and other Vietnam staff with EPF. Detailed transparent pay sheets and Easy to customize payroll policies. What do you dislike about Better HR HRMS Software?

The software does work very well in areas that they do, but they still don't have some features such as applicant tracking yet. They said they would develop it soon, but I will have to wait. Since I use Better HR as my core HR system, I would like to have it ASAP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Better HR HRMS Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

By using Better HR HRMS Software application, as an IT industry business organization, I find that the software is affordable. You see, most companies consider HR costs when they hire and fire employees. In Better HR, we only need to pay active users and also we can replace the previous employees' accounts with new employees easily. It's very helpful to me when hiring contract employees. What do you like best about Better HR HRMS Software?

Fully automated HR and payroll software system. No need to turn on my laptop to manage people; with the Better HR app, I can respond instantly. You can process the daily administration tasks even with a tab. I vouch for this software. Best for small businesses. Affordable price too. I'm managing three countries' payrolls with this. What problems is Better HR HRMS Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

Good at attendance management. Employees don't need to depend on HR always. They can request half day off, casual leave, maternity leave and by themself.

Automatic payroll calculation eases the considerable burden. After implementing this system, all our previous payroll errors went down significantly.

The most beneficial feature of the Better HR software application is being able to have a detailed oversight into the total number of employees along with their respective attendance status down to the minutes. In addition to this, speaking from a management point of view, also being able to attach asset details with each employee is extremely helpful in allocating resources. The most annoying and dissatisfying feature of using the Better HR software application is constantly having bugs come up frequently even when the user accounts are logged in for some time. In addition to this, when one particular user logs out from their mobile phone and logs in with someone else's user account, chats of the previously logged-in accounts are shown.
