Snoball makes it really simple to run referral campaigns. It’s easy to use, looks clean, and helps us stay top of mind with our customers. The team is also super helpful and responsive.

Some edits or updates require reaching out to support instead of being able to do it ourselves, but they usually get back to us quickly.

Snoball is helping us turn happy customers into active referrers. Before, our referral efforts were manual and hard to track. Now it's automated, easy to manage, and keeps our brand top of mind after the project is done. It’s helping us generate more leads organically while staying connected with past customers in a meaningful way.

**What do you like best about Snoball?**

I love that they do all the work for us.  It's so much nicer to have someone handling the customer outreach, the tracking and the payouts for our customers.  This would be too much work for us to do on our own, Sno-ball has given us the ability to have a referal program for our customers.

**What do you dislike about Snoball?**

The inability to collect some key referal details is our biggest pain point.  While I understand the importance of a short form, missing certain details like emails and service dates make the leads less valuable to us.

**What do you like best about Snoball?**

I've owned Solera Energy for a decade now. I have a bad taste in my mouth with 90% of all distributors, manufacturers, vendors, marketing companies, etc. in the solar industry. Those that have been in this industry for a while call it the solar coaster for a reason. Snoball is a shining star. Curtis has been the most attentive, professional, personable, point of contact I've ever dealt with. He's either a champion of a person or complete and total psychopath. I could care less actually. I'm 100% convinced that he cares more about our success just as much, if not more than his own and his actions back it up. I wholeheartedly endorse snoball to help with company credibility and customer support.

We don't actively utilize all snoball has to offer. There's a lot they can do. Full implementation is something we've failed to do.

**What do you like best about Snoball?**

I like that Snoball is easy to implement and is self managed. It doesn't require any of my time on a day to day basis. The platform is simple to use and easy to refernce at any point. The team at Snoball is dedicated to making sure the implementation and onboarding is quick and easy. (You can tell they have mastered that process). The Snoball team also works with you to make sure you are seeing the results you want and continuing to get the most out of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Snoball?**

Hmmm. Not much, this is a hard one. The staff is always taking any feedback and working to make it the best platform on the market.

**What problems is Snoball solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Snoball has streamlined our referral process and it is self managed. I used to have to collect the referrals, export them to a google sheet and then manually pay them out. This is now all automated through Snoball and saves me hours each week.

They've made it extremely easy for us to better generate customer referrals ina  way that didn't require any net new headcount. Was easy to implement, and we were up seeing referral leads within a few days.

**What do you like best about Snoball?**

Snoball delivers leads via API to our CRM. My COA for Snoball has been around $2,300 for the past couple of years, which is pretty good for the solar industry. API gets disconnected every once in a while, but overall good experience.

**What do you dislike about Snoball?**

Whenever they paired with Modernize to offer better leads, or whatever the promise was, the hand off to my new rep was brutal. Took weeks to get me connected to someone and still struggling a little bit to know who to speak with. Overall they're getting things done, but the dashboard needs help and customer service is just a tad above average.

**What problems is Snoball solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We mainly use Snoball for lead generation. I don't really care for their online reputation tools (getting reviews, etc.). There are too many dashbaord to keep up with these days, so getting more reviews on this platform is not a priority. However, their leads are quality for the solar industry and we've seen some success there.

**What do you like best about Snoball?**

In any sales organization, the top priority for any sales team should always be focussing on revenue generating activities.  Unfortunately, sometimes salespeople get so bogged down looking for new business or following up with recent appointments that they completely forget/don't make the time to ask for referrals.  Snoball allows for that process to be completely automated.  It raises the waterlevel for the ENTIRE organization raising the referrals for top performers/low performers alike.  And it's completely automated!  This should be a pillar of any organization.

I wish I would have known about it a decade ago.

**What problems is Snoball solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Snoball solves the problems of salespeople not actively asking for reviews/referrals.  This should be standard practice but unfortunately it is often one of the first things to be overlooked.  Snoball allows us to keep our focus on sales/follow up and reviews/referrals keep coming in without any extra effort.

Snowball is very consumer friendly and the intergrtation process has been a piece of cake with no problems since we've started. Snowball  built our referall program based on our needs and what we were capabale of doing at the time. They have so many other great tools we have implemented everyday to grow our business and are always letting us know new features we can access. Anytime we have any questions or concerns they have always been ther to help. Snowball truly has been one of the best business partners we have gained this past year!

There is nothing I have seen the past year that I have not disliked about Snowball.

Snowball has solved our problem in generating leads with our customers, it can be a lot for our sales represenatives to check in on all their customers for referalls but the automated texts have helped so much! We also didnt have a large platform for our customer advocacy other then Google and sales represenatives really wanted real customer reviews. Snowballs review platform helped us generate reveiws and allow future customers to hear from real homewowners who made the switch to Solar

They do a lot of the leg work for you. They provide a bunch of summaries and have already done the hard part(s). All we had to do was plug in our information and let Snoball work for us. It was so seamless and easy to get our company profile stood up and cleaned up to our liking.

**What do you dislike about Snoball?**

Matching the reviews to a customer. Many times a customer will only put in their first name or a name that does not match any account in our CRM. It is hard to find the customer account sometimes; we would like to be able to identify every customer account attached to a review so that we can reach out to the customer if there are problems or if they left a good review so we can say thank you.

We used to not pay any attention to our profile on Snoball, which then was littered with nothing but negative reviews. Now that we have worked with those at Snoball, we have been able to really strengthen our profile to a point where our presence on Snoball is positive for customers

**What do you like best about Snoball?**

Snoball, as a concept, is a potentially valuable tool.  Trust transfer is highly valuable, but also highly elusive. I like the idea that Snoball could provide legitimate competition to the BBB.  There is really only TrustPilot attempting to occupy the same space across so many verticals.  Customer support has been good. Out clients have found it easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Snoball?**

Many, if not most, of their verticals are not really well populated.  Snoball doesn't validate or authenticate reviews. Snoball publishes names, which turns off many reviewers. Most customers have never heard of Snoball. Low frequency of use.

**What problems is Snoball solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are attempting to become a competitor to the BBB, by providing online reviews for services in numerous verticals.  I'm not sure that it is benefiting us, although it isn't harming us, either.

I like the service, the people who've I spoked to, and their constant improvement on the business. The number of features that they had were very impressive - especially having them write in our details for us.

We tried them as a lead provider for our vertical but it wasn't really profitable for us. We may have not spent enough or timed it right, but the initial results were something we had to cancel.

The best part about Snoball is the teams commitment. Their transparency and open communication with multiple points of contact allow continous support across all points. I believe that the overall experience and different integration features allow for a consumer friendly experience.

The only issue with snoball is that they did not come to me sooner. I am beyond thrillved with the service.

We do sometimes have issues uploading our customer lists, but our rep is always available to help and can upload it for us if we can't!

Snoball is one of the most user-friendly review platforms I've used--the dashboard and features are easy to understand and use, and there's a lot of different capabilities. The site works well, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Snoball?**

We're just beginning to use the referral/affiliate program, so I'm not too familiar with it - hopefully I end up liking it as much as the review features.

**What problems is Snoball solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to generate reviews through a third party (rather than creating campaigns ourselves) is very nice. Phone reviews are particularly helpful, since they would use quite a lot of our resources otherwise.

I love the phone call review collection, it helps showcase detailed customer experiences and is easy for us to utilize. 

I also love the new tools they are developing to enhance the CX.

The team at Snoball is very helpful and responsive, they are collaborative and take feedback seriously from their customers striving to continually improve their platform.

There's nothing I dislike about Snoball!

I love that we get emails when someone leaves us a review, other companies will make you check their platform rather than a notification.

Not knowing all the features that Snoball has to offer.

It sends us notifications when we get a review, it makes it really easy to know when we need to respond to a review to keep a positive online reputation.

Best Company has the potential to obscure our overall customer experience, drawing our customers away from our in-house centralized platform for referrals and reviews.

I liked that they were able to provide quality video reviews for my company. Granted all of the reviews came from my friends and not "real" customers but it was sufficent.

I did not like that the expectations, promises, and initial thoughts of what the best company was going to do were accurate. I expected google reviews and I did not get 1.

They are a good company. They did not give what I expected them too and they did not work for me but might work for someone else.

I expected google reviews and I did not get any. I was promised written and video reviews. I got video reviews and did not get a written one on my google page once. Only on their page.

We would very much recommend Best Company.

Ideally, we would like Best Company to expand its platform and offer additional resources to brands. Updated badges, additional awards, increased social tags, and an enhanced customer escalation process.
