What do you like best about Berry crm?

I recently started using Berry CRM for our company, and I have been thoroughly impressed with its features and ease of use. The interface design is sleek and modern, with different dashboards for each department that make it easy to track and manage tasks. Navigation is a breeze, and the user-friendly interface makes it easy for me and my team to quickly get up to speed.

One of the best things about Berry CRM is its affordability. Compared to other CRMs on the market, it's a steal. The value we get from the software more than justifies the price. What do you dislike about Berry crm?

Since we've started using Berry CRM, everything has been working smoothly and as expected. I haven't encountered any issues or dislikes with the software yet. One of the best things about Berry CRM is their responsive development team - whenever we need a new requirement or feature, we just inform them and they are super fast in getting it done within the agreed timeframe. What problems is Berry crm solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to use a different CRM that was cluttered with unnecessary fields and features and had a very difficult user interface. However, since switching to Berry CRM, we have been extremely satisfied with the software. As a company, we knew exactly what we were looking for and Berry CRM delivered just that.

Our business involves a lot of marketing activities, and it's crucial for us to be able to track every lead and its associated spending and ROI. Berry CRM allows us to monitor each lead closely and analyze what happened to it in order to improve our conversion rates. The staff dashboard is particularly helpful in analyzing staff performance.

Their modules are standardised and there is limitations in customisations. They however take the requests and try to incorporate it with a time limit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While we initially began working with BerryCRM our major issue was database and lead management, since we have switched to CRM solutions me or the team managers dont have issue tracking the sales performance or client buying behaviour is well managed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
