**What do you like best about beqom Compensation Management?**

The ability to manage any Comp component and to implement a tool that manages the overall compensation package of the employees is the key differentiator of beqom. Many fonctionalities are available to C&B and administration teams to easily simulate plans and rules modifications impacts. Individual simulation tools are also available to eligibles, which greatly helps for sales animation.
The cloud approach with Micorsoft Azure is now very mature and provides a great flexibility and overall performances. 
The new "rapid" package helps reducing the Time to Market with a preckages version that can be quickly adapted to customer needs.
The last version also provide a much better mobile application to consult objectives, boosters, achievements, etc.

Even if it is now partially adressed with the "rapid" approach, the trade-off of increased flexibility means a longer implementation time.

**Recommendations to others considering beqom Compensation Management:**

The key point is to choose the right tool for the good uses. when managing complex C&B or SPM topics the global HR solutions can't usually manage all business needs. A best of breed approach, especially for C&B processes is highly recommended. 
beqom manages C&B and SPM on nothing else. This is why they do it better than actors that provides global HR solutions.

beqom helps manage very complex compensation plans with a standard solution. Calculation rules, budget, KPI can be managed and administrated directly by the business teams most of the time. The home page providing indicators and dashboard is very usefull to get a global vision of the campaigns, plans, actions.
The employee self service access with documents, workflows, and full visibility is the last criteria that helps retaining performers.

Beqom does provide a high quality product, but there are a lot of drawbacks that I wish I had known before engaging their services. If you have complex needs that other solutions can't manage, at least this one will help you.

**What do you dislike about beqom Compensation Management?**

The solution is expensive for the scope of work that we have migrated onto beqom. But the main problem is that the point of contact with beqom changes and they don't seem to talk to each other. We keep having to re-explain the problems we are facing and never seem to find a solution. Very poor quality customer relationship management.

We have our basic needs covered and it will probably be more useful in the future. But the current problems in dealing with beqom outweigh the dream that they sold us for the future.

**What do you like best about beqom Compensation Management?**

Beqom can do anything we need and handle the normal processes of my team, but the best part for us is the simulation capabilities and the recommendations for making important decisions. We rely on it a lot, and it integrates into our other software.

**What do you dislike about beqom Compensation Management?**

The look of the software could be improved, and the questions that we ask the support team aren't always answered well. I feel that the team we work with isn't really beqom because they don't know that much to help us.

It makes our comp rounds significantly easier. It's an expensive solution that I did not choose but it has worked well. You can probably do the same thing with alternatives, but this is better than using 1000 excels.

The way how beqom is tackling data integration and combining it with key processes in Comp&Ben using different profiles and company hierarchies is unique. The Report layer can satisfy most demanding managers including self service options. Highly recommended! Support for large enterprise organizations is very personal, I love it!

Not much to complain about - will be nice to have more self-learning materials.

Dislike is the wrong expression. But I would like continuity in the cooperation and a platform where we can also exchange ideas and experiences directly with other beqom customers to benefit from each other.

Above all beqom proved to be very flexible when it comes to customer needs. Also, the clients found the interface highly intuitive and user-friendly. Thanks to great people working at beqom it has been a pleasure to cooperate with the company as a partner. beqom cares not only about people with great technical skills, but also about good working atmosphere.

Although having great innovative ideas, it happens occasionally that the resources within beqom are not able to handle every solution proposed so there is a room for improvement in this area.

What the customers appreciate is the fact that they no longer have to use multiple systems to manage Salary Review, Bonus, and LTI calculations, but they can use just one tool for all those processes.

beqom is specialized in compensation management which makes the company expert on the subject. The team can give advise and recommendations on the way of implementing as well as on the business side. 
The solution can handle complex salary review, bonus , LTI calculations, and provides great data quality control checks. It can easily become the unique total comensation system of a big company.

As the solution is very flexible, it is easy to complexify more than needed. It is very important to stay focused and simple. To reach a good balance between functioanllity and complexity a good customer involvement is essential as well as a great project team

beqom allows to have one entry point for HR and sales population, it gives you the flexibility to configure your salary review process, complex bonus plan and LTI, and quality data control processes, and all the complex rules to motivate your sales. It is impressive how this tool is scalable and self efficient.
The product team is very close from their customer to take in account all the lessons learnt and enhancements to improve in the future release the user experience.
When you choose beqom, no need to think about ETL, REPORTS functionnality, it is already included.


**What do you dislike about beqom Compensation Management?**

The flexibilty of beqom can have negative impacts if the scope is not clearly defined and the user experience not taken in account. With all the functionallities of beqom, it can be easy to  configure a complex model, difficult to maintain because you want to manage all the exceptions. It is very important to involve as soon as possible the end user to make their life easier and guarantee a great user experience thanks to the amazing UI experience.

Don't think that the vendors that propose all the modules, ERP, Financial planning, Comp & Ben, recruitment, Training, talent management are the best in each area. The right way is to choose the best in each area, beqom is the best in Compensation & Benefits, they are expert with all lot of references in this domain.

Before beqom, we took 3 months to manage our salary & bonus process, now it takes only one month with all the manager community involved in the process.

The platform is very flexible and can be customised to meet just about any client needs. Clients do not need to change their business processes to fit the platform. For example, the security model is very powerful and can be configured to meet client needs.

I agree with the other reviewers that the flexibility could lead to complexity. However, with a good project team in place this is easily managed.

Total Compensation Review. The main benefits stem from the quality of the proposals that are captured, with then has flow on benefits such as being able to easily track  spend vs budget.
