It's great that there are built-in features to send payment reminders, and probably the best part is getting clients set up on autopay for recurring services. **What do you dislike about Benji Pays?** I did have a situation where it could have been easier during the initial setup. The invoices weren't sending in the first few days, so, basically, for like two days, none of the invoices were actually sending. They were being held for whatever reason. So nobody was getting invoices. But Benji Pays support got on it immediately and fixed it as soon as we realized there was an issue. **What problems is Benji Pays solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Benji Pays to integrate with QuickBooks and avoid transaction fees. It automatically handles invoices and calculations, saving me money on admin fees. If e-transfers came in to Benji Pays, then it could mark them paid also. **What problems is Benji Pays solving and how is that benefiting you?** BenjiPays automates my accounts receivable, including marking invoices paid and sending invoices and statements.
