I use Benji Pays to integrate with QuickBooks, and I like that invoices are automatically sent and transaction fees are collected automatically. This saves me quite a significant amount of money on admin fees. I appreciate how Benji Pays takes care of these tasks automatically, especially with the transaction fees. It's great that there are built-in features to send payment reminders, and probably the best part is getting clients set up on autopay for recurring services. I did have a situation where it could have been easier during the initial setup. The invoices weren't sending in the first few days, so, basically, for like two days, none of the invoices were actually sending. They were being held for whatever reason. BenjiPays is awesome for automating accounts receivable, which it does super well. I particularly like the automation of marking invoices paid and the automation of sending invoices and statements. The ability to create rules about how invoices go out and when reminders are sent is very helpful. I also appreciate the full sync it offers with HaloPSA and Quickbooks. I find Benji Pays easy to set up and use. The convenient payment link embedded in the email with the invoice is a great feature, allowing my clients to pay by credit card and cover the surcharge.
