So it's always been a challenge to organize activities employees can participate to, in domains they care about. With Alaya, employees are empowered and free to choose if and how they want to contribute, and it lightens the worload for our CSR team and allows us to work on more meaningful actions. Volunteering activities have a deep sense of purpose and taking part in them makes me feel purposeful and happy. I've always done some volunteering work but having access to Alaya makes this much easier! They have a wide variety of activities to choose from. So far, I've cleaned our usual walking route with my pup, built bee houses, did some gardening, and translated a website from English to Hungarian. I really appreciate that there is a platform where I can review the upcoming activities, and sign up for an activity.
