I dislike the request tab, facilitating an RFP isn't as easy at it would seem on the platform. The biggest issue is how we have to enter carrier responses back into the system instead of them putting their quotes into the system. Supposedly a change is coming later this FY24 with PlanSight. Not much. You can add a lot of data, but the navigation is so awful you are not even aware your work wasn't saved and it doesn't allow for modifications that are quite commonly used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The navigation is awful. For example, you can't just hit save. You have to also hit a tiny blue option "Update" before saving. I have to do things more than once and stumble through. The templates for things like age banded rates or age specific fees are not modifiable. Better stay diligent or your work won't actually be saved. Honestly one of the worst websites I've ever used for work. I was also informed logging in outside of our company's portal will not be the same platform, from which some features won't be visible and some work we do won't be saved.
