Top Rated beehiiv Alternatives

I started a newsletter this year & Beehiiv has so many features that make life so much easier. It seemed daunting at the beginning, but everything has been so smooth. They're constantly updating, improving and rolling out new amazing features. I'm new to running a newsletter but their platform gives you all the tools to make a real success of it. I genuinely feel they care about their users, and their support has always been top notch (as well as their resources online). I can't recommend it enough for anyone wanting to, or running, a newsletter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, I can't think of anything. Any small issue I've ever had has been cleaned up right away with the customer support (& has always been my fault, not theirs). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Beehiiv has limited customization options is what i dislike. There is sometimes minor email deliverabilty issues. Although there is free plan , the paid plans is expensive. Also the migration of newsletter or audience data to another platform is challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's really easy to use. It makes launching a newsletter super straightforward and it also has all the bells and whistles for more advanced publishing. The founders' experience building out Morning Brew is clear in the design of this platform. It's not just for writers but for business people too. As my newsletter grows, beehiiv is an excellent platform for all the different stages (e.g. I know when we get to X number of subscribers, beehiiv has the infrastructure to take that next step). An example would be easily starting to A/B test subject lines when we wanted to. That's not a unique feature to beehiiv; what is unique is the clean UX and easy-to-use platform. Not much. They tend to come out with new features at a pace that meets my needs. I would love to see more advertisers from the Ad Network specific to my audience as sometimes the ads are not the best fit when I know they have advertisers on the platform who would be more appropriate. Whether you're a solo writer like me, a growing brand, or an established company, Beehiiv adapts to your needs. It's not just a newsletter tool, it's a growth platform that understands the evolving landscape of digital content. They're always adding new features like their new RSS integration. I'd love to use more of the features that are available behind the paywall. I'm a teacher who writes a weekly newsletter for my parents. I unfortunately can't be spending $480 a year on a parent newsletter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using beehiiv for about a year and I'm impressed by both their newsletter and blog platform. It just works and is very user friendly.
Also quite impressed by their freequent updates. They just keep shipping new features at a very steady pace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Can't think of any - and I'm not affiliated in any way :-) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is easy to use and intuitive, but that's table stakes. What I truly value is that beehiiv is made by industry experts. The co-founders know the newsletter landscape insanely well from their time scaling Morning Brew. As a result, they know what features move the needle for newsletter operators, and it shows in how many folks have switched from other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'd love it if you could embed MP4 files into the editor. That said, that isn't a dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

really intuitive interface for creating newsletters and also the features that llow ayou to grow your audience. Rather than stringing several web and email tools to manage a newsleter effectively you get one interface which saves time and ends up being cheaper in the long run Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
step paid pricing for smaller newsletter who may not quite be ready to scale. their free plan might be decent but if you're not mailing often say a couple times a month, the expense can seem like an overkill Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It offers an incredibly user-friendly dashboard. Setting up automations and segments is made easy so you can focus more on driving maximum engagement with your subscriber base and community. The email composer and sending is also robust yet at the same time simple and enjoyable to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hard to say in all honesty. I've used a few other email and newsletter platforms, and always found room for improvement in those. Beehiiv is constantly rolling out updates, which can be a negative I guess to some, but they are so responsive and on it in terms of advancing their already impressive tech. beehiiv is flexible and easy to create content with, also has nice fatures and the publication side of the workflow allows to send content out almost as if a blog is published, even with custom domain Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They've simplified my job as a creator and are the best ESP, period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
