Beehiiv has limited customization options is what i dislike.There is sometimes minor email deliverabilty issues. Although there is free plan , the paid plans is expensive. It's really easy to use. It makes launching a newsletter super straightforward and it also has all the bells and whistles for more advanced publishing. The founders' experience building out Morning Brew is clear in the design of this platform. It's not just for writers but for business people too. As my newsletter grows, beehiiv is an excellent platform for all the different stages (e.g. I know when we get to X number of subscribers, beehiiv has the infrastructure to take that next step). Not much. They tend to come out with new features at a pace that meets my needs. I would love to see more advertisers from the Ad Network specific to my audience as sometimes the ads are not the best fit when I know they have advertisers on the platform who would be more appropriate. Hard to say in all honesty. I've used a few other email and newsletter platforms, and always found room for improvement in those. Beehiiv is constantly rolling out updates, which can be a negative I guess to some, but they are so responsive and on it in terms of advancing their already impressive tech.
