Even my "non-digital" designers (typically work on print) are happy building emails to a good standard. It's really easy for me to set brand standards and restrict my users across different markets to use our brand colours and fonts only and not go off to do their own thing. The imagery storage solution also allows us to reuse imagery and icons so as we can make best use of our time. They are great at having us involved in upcoming product releases, letting us know what to expect, when and where, and then asking for our feedback on how it can be improved or any issues we have with any of it. **What do you dislike about RGE Studio?** It's a little limiting as there are some things I can't do. That said, the support & account management team are happy to suggest changes for development if we request them and provide feedback as to whether these are requested. One piece I've struggled with is organising my images - we have folders but need to reupload them if we accidentally put them in the wrong folder. Passed this to our account manager who is happy to put this to the product team, and let us know where they are at, if it makes it to the next planning phase etc. **What problems is RGE Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Speed to build. When we used to hard code our emails, it used to take approx 16 hours per template to build. Using BEEPro we've now cut this down to approximately 30 minutes per build. However, after two years of hassle-free experience, we were blindsided with a £200 bill for usage fees. The worst part was that we received no prior notification of this cost. The lack of transparency and a user-friendly management system made this even more frustrating. We ultimately decided to migrate our templates to Klaviyo's native builder and, to our pleasant surprise, the results were far superior. It's simple and fulfilling its purpose - help marketers to build emails. It's not over-designed to do what it's not supposed to. Every single email we sent to our customer need vendor's help if we want to make it a beautiful HTML mobile optimized email. It would be a great idea, if BEE could allow saving the output on a company's own server. **What problems is RGE Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Convinience of building mailers without much intervention from any other department. It is easy to navigate, and has a short learning curve. As an agency owner, one of the most important things for us is efficiency. We want to make sure the software we're using is efficient and they integrate seamlessly with our workflow & BEE Pro does exactly this. From transferring the email files directly to our sender to having more functional tools for email design thank all senders, it's literally been the best thing that's happened to us. Because of this, our emails have performed much better in terms of CTR )around an overall 6% increase in CTR). As a nice little cherry on top, you can review your email on your phone, view it in dark mode, etc. It's literally 3 software all into one nice package. **What do you dislike about RGE Studio?** I wish it was integrated a little better with Klaviyo. They are closely integrated with other software like Mailchimp, but not the one I use. I have to manually upload some things myself. Not ha huge burden but just something that could be improved on **What problems is RGE Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?** BEE is allowing our agency to run more efficiently & have us keep healthier margins so we don't have to hire a coder for our emails. All the greatness in the platform means nothing when there isn't a good support team to assist business accounts. **What do you dislike about RGE Studio?** The support/billing team decided to cancel our account on a Monday morning when we had multiple emails scheduled to go out. Support only replied with an automated response stating a balance on our invoice; however, the account has always been set up on Auto-pay.
