1.The exported reports have a bunch of data columns I don't need so I have to delete them every month.
2. If you're not in the right view (admin vs user) you don't see the other items you need. \
3. It is clunky and not handy to have to drag and drop each feature from the top to the main screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is very flexible and once you get the way it has been set up in different modules, also quite intuitive.

Well there are a couple of features missing, like assignment planning for consultants. I think they are working on it but it is probably quite challenging. For this reason we do assignment planning in .... xls which created extra data entry, misalignments and finally makes it hard to compare planning to actual resource allocation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most valuable part of Beebole is its customer support. They are quick to respond and easy to deal with. They are readily available and very knowledgeable. The app is very simple and user-friendly. Our users like the fact it is easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the reporting features could be better enhanced so we don't have to do them manually. There also would be a better way to hide some of the info better so we can input salary and pull the report directly in bee bole instead of having to extract the data and then create the information externally to keep sensitive data hidden. Project tracking is mainly focused on people - we prefer other options for project activities tracking Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My company needs a timekeeping system that is DCAA compliant and we looked at a few alternatives. Beebole integrates easily into our GOOGLE WORKPLACE and it looks professional and of course, it is DCAA compliant. As we started to get more familiar with the application, we realized there are a lot of things we didn't NEED at first, but now we can't live without them (e.g. an easy to use API). I just said it's easy to use, and it is...as far as the straightforward enter-your-timecard functions. But there are more complicated (yet useful) features that aren't as intuitive, like creating groups and the different levels of priveldges that you assume as either a person, project, etc. It would be nice to have some of those feature explained as I'm using it (I recognize I can attend a class and/or reach out to the help desk). But usually when I'm grinding away, I try to figure it out for myself. Having those pop-up bubbles would be useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
