We switched to Beebole from a different timesheet software and We are happy with the change.

Beebole is flexible with its setting for setting up exclusive members or groups, setting the daily or weekly required hours and overtime specific to groups or departments.

We get accurate reports of employees' time spent on different projects within the company.

Timesheet forms the basis for our many financial reports and getting it in a specific format accurately is very much important and beebole has been really useful for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If I want to see the incomplete timesheets, I thought I will just look into the Draft section but when I checked under Approved section, there was entries which didn't complete for the entire month which is not showing in the Draft. Is there a way to show all incomplete timesheets under Drafts rather than creating customer reports to check business hours? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can track a lot of information in Beebole, and detailed information at that. It's nice that you can create projects within projects and can assign certain people and certain rates to them. I also appreciate the ability to customize your dashboard and run reports. It was easy to learn how to navigate the software. The best part of Beebole, I believe is flexibility and how easily we can modify reports according to our need. We've been using it to mainly understand the time recorded by different departments on different projects and we've been able to tailor it particularly to our need. Any issues we faced, we've been able to resolve with their customer support, who are very responsive through chat and also open for a meeting. We've also had calls with the team seeking possible opportunities for integration with our existing applications, which we understand is possible and will be looking to get that done next. We currentyl do have the following options :

1. While sending automated reminders for submission, it doesn't show which week of which month is pending for submission

2. There is no option to send automatic reminders to approvers, like we can for pending submissions

3. It would have been great if we can restrict hours with mininum hours and maximum hours. Right now there is only option for minimum hours with an option to overrun. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I work fast. I do a lot of things at work, and I do them fast. Seconds matter. Beebole is crisp and responsive, I'm never waiting around for it to load or process, I'm never wasting time trying to figure it out. I can be in and out in seconds because it does its job efficiently and intuitively. That being said, when I do have time to dig into the reporting or other features, I'm pleasantly suprised as well. Minor flaws:

It seems impossible to have a direct connection to extract owned data with an automatic task / ETL (to integrate Beebole data with data from other applications), so it's not easy to directly integrate it with other tools, but we can do only passing throug a "data backup" or GoogleSheet Extension

Some troubles using the "budget" feature, sone confusion between "cost" budget and "income" budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We track time worked on projects, and also track time on non-billable projects. Beebole is easy for everyone to use. I don't get complaints, and some new staff express how easy it is to use compared to what was used at the previous company. I generate several different reports to look at timesheet data and easily export reports to Excel. What I most appreciate though is how thorough their support team has been when I seek answers to questions or attempt something that makes sense to me but I can't find a way to do it. I have attempted to set up the budgeting capability in Beebole. For us, it is insufficient for the way staff track budgets on projects. Some projects have contractors and others extend for a year or several more, with rate changes and even budgetary changes along the way. We let go of attempting to use Beebole for this purpose.
