**What do you like best about Beacon.li?**

I like the team a lot because they help us onboard so fast. The speed of execution and the speed of getting the chatbot is impressive. It's very simple to set up; you just give them a set of documentation and use cases, and they can set it up. The ability to create custom widgets is a deal breaker for us. They can create small widgets inside the chat window that perform custom actions for the user, like a one-click file upload or chat creation. The onboarding journey and onboarding speed were incredible, especially when we had a big client demo coming up, and they managed to configure all needed functionalities swiftly. They have a great onboarding team that manages things very fast. I also appreciate their ability to create small, small widgets and provide a robust search part. Their architecture includes different agents for different use cases, preventing data flow issues, and they have very generous usage limits, which help us a lot.

**What do you dislike about Beacon.li?**

In their dashboard right now, there isn’t functionality to set up different types of rate limits or usage limits. Our system is multi-tenant, so multiple clients and their users are going to use it, and we wanted to apply rate limits on a per-client basis. They’re building this feature, but it isn’t available yet. It’s slightly less effective for us in terms of control, even though it’s a bit of a blessing in disguise because it can lead to more usage. At the same time, as an enterprise, we want tighter control over AI usage.

I use Beacon.li to quickly build chat-based interfaces that perform various user actions, like navigating pages and filling forms. The speed of implementation is impressive, enabling us to implement features in days that would have taken months.

The value becomes very strong once it’s optimised, but the early setup phase requires thoughtful configuration to make sure you’re getting the maximum impact.

I like Beacon.li's chat-based interface because it allows users to simply tell the Beacon assistant what task they want accomplished, like changing order details or payment modes, and Beacon.li does it on their behalf. The AI orchestration feature is valuable because it helps structure AI-based support for consumers and the team is really supportive. The setup was smooth and structured with an initial workshop that clearly laid out what was needed. It was easy to go live quickly, and even smaller changes are made very quickly due to the short turnaround time and supportive team. I also appreciate how customizable Beacon.li is, allowing us to brand it a lot.

**What do you dislike about Beacon.li?**

I think some improvements on how the visibility on how we can optimize for AI cost, input tokens, output tokens would be helpful. A more self-serve AI eval platform that Beacon.li can build would be helpful.

I think I like the simplicity of the Beacon.li platform. It's pretty simple, and I think any layman can use it. One important feature is the agent feature, where you have multiple agents answering questions about different modules in the platform. You can schedule queries, get charts, save them, and share them with others. I find these features quite valuable. Also, the setup process was pretty easy, taking around two to three weeks as promised.

**What do you dislike about Beacon.li?**

I think right now it only works pretty well for the textual data. I'd like it to handle image data as well as the written data. If we could solve more use cases with respect to images and videos, that would be great.

I love how Beacon.li optimizes our SaaS educational software use cases, making all manual processes lightning fast. The features and ease of understanding are amazing, making configurations and knowledgebase management a breeze. Features like Analytic Prompting, MAO Agent, Help Doc, and Auto Docs enhance AI agent efficiency. Analytical prompting aids in complex calculations for accurate outputs, while the MAO Agent compiles data optimally. Beacon.li made the initial setup streamlined for a few agents.

**What do you dislike about Beacon.li?**

The prompting can be improved for better performance of an agent. Introducing a voice agent and performing configuration in the auto-pilot mode can be the next big thing that'll help us save a lot of time as well as clicks. The initial setup was streamlined for a few agents, but in the case of complex use-cases, we had to discuss with team Beacon.li for understanding the context and training the agent for a better output.

I like how Beacon.li helps us with implementation automation, particularly the configuration part, which significantly reduces the time spent and allows us to onboard clients faster with a lower error rate. Their response time and collaboration are also things I appreciate. The Multi Agent Orchestrator and LLM evals are valuable features for us. The initial setup was 'easy peasy', and the support for a lot of integrations we have with our clients is great.

**What do you dislike about Beacon.li?**

Not much to add at the moment. If anything, I’d like to see a better job done on the Beacon Dashboard side so it’s easier to understand things like the Agent configuration and related details. That said, since we have a professional services agreement, it isn’t really a necessity for us right now, but it would still be a nice-to-have improvement.

What I like best about Beacon is not only the product, but the people behind it. As an intern who was allocated as the resource person for Phase 2 implementations, I had the opportunity to work closely with the Beacon team, and the level of support I received was truly exceptional.

The availability and responsiveness of the Project Manager and the Development Engineer is something I deeply appreciate. In many projects, responses can take days, but with the Beacon team I often received help within less than an hour. This made the implementation process much smoother and helped me learn quickly.

I also received excellent training from the Beacon team's Dev Engineer, and it was one of the most valuable learning experiences during my internship. Whenever clarification was needed while implementing, the team patiently explained concepts and ensured that every question was addressed.

From a product perspective, Beacon is well designed, responsive, and cleanly implemented. The workflows are clear, and the system structure allows implementers to work with the platform efficiently. 

What makes Beacon truly special is the combination of a strong product and an incredibly supportive team. The professionalism, technical expertise, and willingness to help create a very positive implementation experience. Even as an intern, I always felt respected and supported, and that meant a lot to me 🫡.

Overall, I have a very strong and positive impression of Beacon, both as a product and as a team. I would absolutely recommend Beacon to other colleagues because there is a lot to learn from the platform and from the people behind it ❤️.

One area that could be improved is the consistency of certain tools and responses. At times, some tools may not work properly on the first attempt and require multiple tries before producing the expected result. This can occasionally affect efficiency during use.

Additionally, there are instances where responses are not fully consistent, which may create some uncertainty when relying on the output for specific tasks. Improving the stability and reliability of these responses would further enhance the overall user experience.

Our core product is a comprehensive all-in-one HR system, but due to the large number of modules, pages, and navigation paths, some users may find it challenging to quickly locate the features they need. Certain processes such as workflows, approvals, and rejections can also take additional time when handled manually through multiple pages.

Beacon helps solve this challenge by providing a simplified and conversational way to interact with the system. Instead of navigating through several modules and pages, users can perform tasks directly through the chatbot interface. This allows actions such as retrieving information, completing requests, or managing approvals to be done quickly in a single interaction.

I love Beacon.li for its AI Agent automation, which has helped our organization automate manual implementations and configuration at an admin level. Our client onboarding turnaround time has been reduced from 2 weeks to minutes. I find it really convenient to build AI agents. The AI Agent takes care of manual data entry processes, allowing our workforce to simply validate the work done by AI agents. The initial setup was very easy, more like a plug and play, and AI agent creation is fairly easy too. The Beacon.li team was extremely helpful with the initial setup and training of our team for further implementations.

The RAG pipeline is incredibly simplified; I just upload a DOC, and my agent memorizes all the content. What used to take days of coding to build a working RAG pipeline with legacy documents can now be done with just a few clicks, offering me a production-grade solution effortlessly. The initial setup was very smooth.

I think the graphs and charts could be a little more interactive. It would be nice if they could take some inspiration from industry leaders like Calude or OpenAI.

I really like the faster response with Beacon.li. Whenever a user approaches the chatbot, they don't need to wait for an agent or CSM to respond. Instead, they can ask their questions directly to the chatbot, which provides easy access to preconfigured answers.

I think it would be helpful if the chatbot in Beacon.li could assume multiple configurations and share answers more accurately. It currently can't replicate settings from within the chatbot itself, which would make it easier for users to understand and answer questions clearly.
