What problems is Beacon Hill solving and how is that benefiting you? We worked with them last year and the first of this year for temp accounting staffing and to help find full-time accounting staff. They sent unqualified people for both the temp and full-time positions. The Temp did so much damage to our books that it took months to repair. They took on no responsibility. They got to understand our organization, the type of work we did, and our culture which allowed them to easily place candidates very quickly without a lot of hand holding from our team.
