The team is authentic and personable while providing the highest quality care and support and service. **What do you dislike about Beacon Hill?** So far, I haven’t found any downsides with Beacon Hill throughout our relationship. **Recommendations to others considering Beacon Hill:** Be diligent in understanding the needs you have, communicate effectively and never hesitate to ask. We have worked with multiple MSPs and Beacon Hill has been the best by a mile. Transparent, dedicated, diligent, attentive and highly capable. **What problems is Beacon Hill solving and how is that benefiting you?** Beacon Hill has become our Managed Service Provider for the IT Service Desk, staff augmentation for IT Project Management and more. ### 2. Horrible experience, provided unqualified people **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2024 **What do you like best about Beacon Hill?** I do not have anything positive to say, we wasted a lot of time with them. **What do you dislike about Beacon Hill?** They were not responsive to sending unquilified people and took no ownership of the damage thier the temp the provided did to our company. **Recommendations to others considering Beacon Hill:** Because of our horrible experience with them, we will likely never use any staffing agency. **What problems is Beacon Hill solving and how is that benefiting you?** We worked with them last year and the first of this year for temp accounting staffing and to help find full-time accounting staff. They sent unqualified people for both the temp and full-time positions. The Temp did so much damage to our books that it took months to repair. They took on no responsibility. Because of our horrible experience with them, we will likely never use any staffing agency. ### 3. They got to understand our organization, the type of work we did, and our culture which allowed them to easily place candidates very quickly without a lot of hand holding from our team. Our Account Manager did frequent check ins to ensure any staff onsite were meeting expectations. **What do you dislike about Beacon Hill?** There really were no downsides to working with Beacon Hill. **Recommendations to others considering Beacon Hill:** Share your organizational culture and let them get to know your business.
